You guys had the best seats available at a good price! I did call and talk to a woman who was kind enough to explain e-phone tickets. I actually bought 3 seats and a few rows back and saved 165.00! Now we will have more room! I wish seat locations were available, We like isle seats and it is hard to purchase $$$ tickets without knowing what the seats are. Being stuck on the far end stinks having to walk buy all the people and your view may be restricted. Hope not in this case! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

From a very happy concert couple

It was very unclear where the seats were actually located. There was just a general area and for $107 each, it would be nice to know exactly where the seats were. Now that we received our tickets, it is sad to say that TicketSales.com overcharges for their ticket sales. The tickets for the show we want to see have a face value of $48.00 each. TicketSales.com charged us $107.00 for each ticket, $59.00 each over the individual ticket price. With all their other charges, our total cost was over $283.00. Also, because TicketSales.com does not specify seats selection at the time of purchase, we had no idea where we would be sitting. Our tickets indicate that we will be sitting at the back of the balcony, one row from the back wall and in the furthest corner from the stage. We are very disappointed with the service and products we received from TicketSales.com.
