Prefer is fees were mentioned earlier in the process before click but tickets. Also could not reach a person to ask now to gain entry on my android, by test link or by having to access email.

Complaint: The per price ticket online at the time of purchase was $159 per ticket, which should total $318. My credit card was charged $394-->$76 fee? Outrageous!

I was VERY dissatisfied because I bought a ticket to a Montreal Alouettes football game, thinking that I would pay the price that was shown on the seating diagram of the stadium for that seat: $95.96 in Canadian currency. Instead I was charged $95.96 in AMERICAN currency. I contacted the Alouettes and also contacted my credit card company but neither would accept any responsibility for this outrage. As a Canadian buying a ticket to a Canadian football league game played in Montreal, I should not have been charged in the currency of a foreign country.
As you can see, I clicked on the star on the left in response to all the questions above. In doing so I meant to express my very LOW level of satisfaction with the whole transaction. I hope I interpreted the meaning of the five stars correctly.
