Information concerning the service charge were not presented up front before making a commitment to purchasing tickets, it was a shocking surprise. Service charges should be disclosed before starting purchase and providing credit or debit card information. When I went to pick up my tickets at the ' Will Call window ', my address was wrong and indicated I was living in different State. This caused a dispute with the customer service person ( even after I showed her my printed receipt). Notwithstanding they had my name. The dispute caused me to delay getting into the show
