You charge too many fees. Paying for "instant download" just to get your electronic ticket is a rip off. I will not use your services again. Imagine paying your employer so they can issue your paycheck...

Ordered 4 tickets a $66 each and was not shown the total.
It should have been $264 but it was $367. I tried to cancel but could not. Anything else I have ever bought on line showed you a total you would be charged before you pay, but that was not the case here. I had to pay (thinking I was seeing the total) before seeing the actual total. I know they add fees but the $66 for $39.50 ticket seemed like they had already added them.
It is a crooked way to do business, to make you pay before showing the actual total.
