Bought tickets to a show and it told me I would get an email with a link to download my tickets. I got the link and it sent me to ticket master and just told me there was an error getting my tickets. Total scam

This is just a third-party site that lets people make extreme amounts of money on doubling ticket prices. Just make sure you want to pay the prices because there's no returns. Most times they will get access to tickets before general public. So you get excited and see tickets you want to buy and then end up paying way too much

I just bought some tickets to a hockey game and had the same problem I have seen others complain about. An extra $50-plus dollars in fees that were not mentioned until the transaction was finalized. Big mistake on my part - I should have gone straight to the venue's web site. The total cost ends up being double what I should have paid. I intend to dispute the charge.

Purchased (3) tickets for a fair concert. $52 per ticket as I have friends going who paid this AND this is the amount on my ticket. My credit card was charged $852! Yeah, exactly! Ridiculous I immediately disputed the charge! Of course I contacted ticket sales and was told….when the event gets closer maybe try and sell the tickets to re coup some of your money! I'm done! I work to hard for my money to be ripped off like this!

I CALLED, A BARELY INDISTINGUISHABLE EAST INDIAN WOMAN ONLY KEPT REPEATING LIKE AN AUTOMATON THE NO REFUND POLICY. I EMAILED THE FIRM INFORMING THEM I WOULD BE NOT ONLY BE LOCKING THEM OUT OF MY MASTERCARD BUT ALSO CONTACTING MY FRIEND IN THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE TO REPORT THEIR SCURRILOUS ACTIVITIES. MAGICALLY A FEW DAYS LATER I GOT WORD OF A FORTHCOMING REFUND. THE QUESTION BEGS, HOW MANY NAIVE INEXPERIENCED CONSUMERS CRUMBLE TO THESE SCAMMERS ULTIMATELY GETTING RIPPED OFF?

I am a retired physician living in Cooper City, FL. On February 1,2023, I attempted to purchase 4 concert tickets online from ticketsales.com. I got a pop-up message indicating that the address I entered did not match that of my credit card, even though it was correct. After re-entering my address the transaction went through, but for 9 tickets instead of 4 (order number *******, for over $800!). I promptly called the business and the representative refused to issue a refund for the 5 erroneously purchased tickets. I am certain I did not select an option to purchase 9 tickets and believe they must have incremented the count (or possibly placed multiple orders) as a result of the "address mismatch."

I also found the user experience deceptive and misleading: it appeared as though I was making the purchase directly from the venue, but I was actually purchasing from a broker site that was charging significantly more per ticket than the venue.

I was given a price of $148 for 4 tickets. Once I hit, submit, I was charged $771. I called immediately and was told all sales are final. When I called customer service, we were told, "Tickets prices can change at any time without notice!" Do NOT use this site. To make matters worse, she tries to tell us that we can resell the tickets since Chris Tucker is a good comedian. The tickets are $46 at the venue's website, no way is anyone going to pay $192 for $46 tickets.

The lack of a confirmation screen and the significant increase in charges from the advertised price is unacceptable. It's also concerning that the tickets were sold for more than what they were actually worth at the venue. The fact that all sales are final and the company offered no solution other than suggesting you resell the tickets is unacceptable. I would not recommend doing business with Ticketsales in the future.

This company should be avoided at all costs. They do not screen their sellers whatsoever. I purchased 3 tickets to Blue Man Group on 12/16/2022. I received a confirmation on the purchase and that the seller would assign the tickets on 1/30/2023, two days before the event. I never received them and had to call them on three separate occasions to only find out the seller could not come up with the tickets and offered significantly inferior tickets. So, the seller sold them for a higher price offering me significantly lesser tickets. I am filing a complaint with state of Florida and the Federal government. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ticketsales.com put Google ad on the popular show and then sale tickets on not popular show. They do not care they will never return your money. There is no. Costumer service available to help only to tell
You that you can sale the tickets you bought, that you did not wanted in first place.

I thought I was buying 3 tickets for and event total of 389. Ended up getting charged over $1500. Tried to cancel the tickets the next day and was told there are no refunds. Customer service managers do take call? What are they Managing. DON'T buy tickets on this site.

My event is in two days, January 6th. I ordered the tickets in October and clicked on the link on January 1st and after multiple attempts, multiple browsers, phone and laptop, I contacted customer service. They told me to try all of that again. Then they said I tried too many times, they will send a new link and try tomorrow. Did it all again and still the link doesn't work. Then I was told on Monday that I have not "exhausted all of my efforts" and I need to be patient and wait until it gets closer to the venue. Tuesday I chatted with another customer service rep who seemed to be great and said we need a new email address...made no sense but OK, still no new link. She then said it could take a couple of days to "convince the seller to reissue the tickets" however she said dont worry, we guarantee your tickets. Today is Wednesday, I have no tickets and spoke to a third person that is telling me to be patient, it may come right before the show starts and they do not guarantee the tickets, dont know why yesterdays customer service rep said that but it "shouldn't be a problem" I want my tickets, the show is sold out and I paid over two months ago.

I tought I eas guying gor 208$ and ended up beeing charged almost 800$! The tickets at the real venue place are 165$ for the same seats! They dont do refund! STAY AWAY from this site!

Purchased four tickets for $800 to attend Elf at Tennessee Performing Arts Center in Nashville, Tn, December 2022. 5 hours before show - no tickets. Called and said they did not have them. They were so sorry refunded my money and gave me 10%, or $80 credit that obviously I will not be using.

I Bought tickets from TicketSales.com and when I arrived at the venue they had no record of my purchase. Their Support team was USELESS and I ended up buying a new ticket...only to find out I had paid DOUBLE in the first place. Shame on me for not checking first...but be warned. They are terrible!

I am so sorry I didn't read these reviews before, and it was too late, the tickets for the event were listed at 180 dollars, I bought to, and I got a charge of 500 on my credit card. And as everybody said, no warning, no details, no nothing but after you pay!

I bought two tickets for a Monster Truck show in FL. The regular price for this event was $16.50.
So I bought two tickets with a seat reservation and ended up being charged $218.
I called and they said when you purchased the tickets you agreed the terms and conditions.
So I believed I was paying $16.50 and some fee but it was not the case. Also there were no seat reservations at all. I just wanted to let everyone know be careful with this company.

Fees are hidden and refuse to refund as a result. Avoid this company at all costs. Also will seat you far from your partner if you buy in pairs.

I bought 2 tickets to show 3,5 months in advance. Second later I realized i can't attend it. My order wasn't processed yet so i called customer service immediately to cancel it.
Of course all I heard was "Unfortunately we cannot cancel you order. There is nothing we can do. We have no refund policy because we are third party company". I wanted to speak with supervisor, but they said they cant transfer any of calls. Suggested i can resell tickets. But only for a price of face value of ticket which is $40! Adn there will be additional 15% fees. Well of course that third party company have service fees on anything. They charged me $206! For 2 tickets that Ticketmasters sell for $106 total! And base price for ticket is $40. No words to describe how they ripping off people
