Be aware. I clicked to purchase tickets on venue I wanted to go to. When received invoice and tickets it turned out tickets were for same seats, two months earlier, different venue than one I thought I had purchased. Also several hidden fees that was not made aware. 3rd party excuse they can't refund or cancel.Very difficult to talk to or contact.

Do not purchase from them unless you enjoy paying many times the ticket face value and not having the good (ticket) you purchased until right before the event.

Customer service will NOT work with you either. And surprisingly, they never have a supervisor for you to talk with! Imagine that!

CRAFTY DECEITFUL TACTICS. If your like me you are unfortunately reading these reviews too late. Sorry this happened to you as well. This is more of an outlet to let you know you are not alone. Hopefully one day someone takes companies like this down. I have done all that I can to report to every bureau and review portal - if we can prevent one person from giving this company their money than its worth it. They know the game and have it down to a science. Searched venue specifically - their website came up with the venue name in all caps at beginning - honestly thought I was purchasing directly from venue so I was trusting the prices and the amount of tickets they were showing were left. I was burned big time, paid double for tickets, charged a $200 fee on top of it. Their website and policies are crafted so well, you think you're going to a page to review before you confirm your purchase - then next thing you know all sales are final and you're an idiot. They sell tickets they do not even have, and they protect their shady sellers - who are likely still the same business they just found a loophole to operate this way. As soon as I realized the true cost I called to cancel and all they did was tell me how they have to honor the contract with the seller. Well, I haven't received the item yet - cancel it - NOPE. Called credit card to cancel purchase - they said nothing they could do even though purchase was pending, and I did not authorize additional excessive charges. Absolutely disgusted with people who are this low and deceitful makes me sick.

My husband bought these wanting to suprise me. He thought he was buying them directly from the vendor. Unfortunately he did not see the fine print that they are not and sell tickets from individuals. Our seats were almost triple he did not realize all the extra fees. We could have bought them directly from vendor for less than half the price they charged us and way better seats than what we paid. They also said tickets would not be delivered until day before the venue...very sketchy folks beware

This company is a complete scam. They will overcharge by hundreds of dollars, and their 'checkout' feature is one page, rather than a clearly laid out itemization of your tickets and the hundred dollars extra they have as fees.
Also bait-and-switch from the price they have on the first page when you are agreeing to purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The customer reviews appear to have been cherry picked. Be cautious. Extremely expensive with enormous fees (>25%) and a misleading sense of availability. When I got to the venue, there were plenty of empty seats that were less expensive and had better views had I bought tickets directly from the venue.

Be weary, I just received my actual tickets months after buying them... Only to find out the cost of the tickets with fees were so much higher! Paid $241 for tickets that were $40 each! Never again.

There is good reason for the F rating by the Better Business Bureau. They have poor customer service, falsely advertise and take advantage of local business with trademark infringement ads that are deceptive to the consumer. That along with charging 3x the cost the venue would charge you. Not a good business.

I did a screen print indicating $107 tickets, $214 for both, clicked on "buy" and tge system came back with a charge of $446! I got nowhere with their non-customer service. I even sent the screen print and their response…you may have wanted $107 tickets but you bought &170 tickets! The pricing for the tickets is $95….trying to get to someone who actually speaks English is all but impossible ( not racist, just a fact!). How is this company still in business? If anyone has a contact number that is not the non-customer service number?

I went on to the site to review/possibly purchase 3 tickets for a local event. I entered my credit card and other information while I was awaiting a response from my party as to whether the date worked for everyone. As the site indicated that there were only a few tickets left, and the timer was counting down, I wanted to be ready to purchase in the event that my party agreed to the date/time/etc.

I ABSOLUTELY did not confirm my purchase, as the date/time ended up not working out for everyone so I closed the web browser box, when all of a sudden I received an email confirming my ticket purchase.

Within minutes of receiving this email (as long as it took me to find the phone number for the company) I called Ticket Sales to explain what happened. They told me there is nothing that can be done and kept saying that I confirmed the purchase and agreed to the terms and conditions.

I called my credit card company to dispute (which is on the works) but they advised that the dispute process would go past the date of the event and, if it wasn't successful, I could be paying the money for an event that was never attended. They advised I call ticket sales back, so I did, and again they said I agreed to the terms and conditions and nothing could be done.

I feel entirely taken advantage of and will be, not only continuing with the dispute, but also reporting this scam of a company and doing small claims. It's outrageous that they can do this to people. As I did it confirm a purchase, they legitimately stole money from me.

I mistakenly thought this site was the venue (late night and ordering from bed!) and bought two tickets to a sold out show. Paid a hefty processing fee, and was worried about the legitimacy of site based on reviews. But after the show was postponed, I got an immediate email saying my tickets were still good for the new date and later it was canceled and got an immediate email that said I could get a full refund and I did. I would definitely use them again.

They are dirty. They are the first site the pops up when I searched for the venue, so I foolishly assumed I was buying from the venue. After hitting purchase, an additional $25/ticket transfer fee and $7 processing fee were charged. Then, the tickets are not supposed to be delivered until 2 days before the event, so I don't even know if it is real.

Just wanted to alert potential customers of ticketsales.com that his company pulls a few tricks on you to earn their income. We ordered tickets for a concert and did not notice the small print below the price of $80 ea. We thought the total price was $80. When we called to cancel the purchase, we were told there are no cancellations or refunds. We also learned there were $56 in extra fees. We wound up paying $213 for tickets that originally sell for $25 each. Buyer beware!

They do NOT show the total amount you will spend, then add on almost $30 worth of fees! DO NOT USE THEM!

Ticketsales.com is a RIPOFF Company. They advertise one thing and sell you something else. Classic "Bait and Switch". They Lie, Cheat and Steal and will do anything to get your money. I can't believe that they are even still in business.

Buyer Beware: I bought Moose Jaw warrior tickets for my dad and my brother for Christmas. I bought tickets for the Dec 30th game. My dad and brother are from out of town. I was talking to the lady from their office 2 weeks before the game. She said just txt the tickets to my dad as he does not use email. She assured me everything would be fine with the tickets and sent my dad the link for the tickets. My dad and brother showed the tickets at the door and they got turned away from the game.The tickets did not work. I feel bad that my dad and brother went all that way for a hockey game they never got to see. I paid for tickets that never got used.This company is a rip off. The company never tried to resolve the issue and I was only able to talk to a computer. That's just bad business. I will not be ordering from this website again and will not recommend to anyone.

I was on another venue ordering my tickets for 39.00 and some how when I out in my info it went to this site acting like the actual venue! I hit submit then the show be all these huge fees 3 times the actual price of the tickets! I immediately called explain I did not agree to the charges nor to do business with this site and the person on chat basically blew me off like your loss! Well hiding fees isn't legal! I have filed with my bank and local law enforcers as well as the BBB very upset for tickets that 39.00 at this venue I ended up paying 179. And change! I am not alone and I have added other people's complaints with the same thing thinking they're on the venue then getting slammed with these fees from TicketSales.com I also am showing the price of what it should of been with extra fees at the real venue!

I was buying 2 tickets to the PMJ show in CT. I thought the tickets were $58 but was billed $312. BS

I am so infuriated by my experience with this company. I bought 2 tickets at $83 apiece (which by itself was price gouging, but that's my bad), and the total came up to $250! Hidden fees that they won't show you until AFTER you submit your order, and the fees just magically show up on your receipt. I instantly went to customer service to ask to cancel the sale while it was still pending, and the customer service rep - as pleasant as can be - basically told me of their terms of use. I.e., you agree to any and all fees, etc. when you submit an order. While I'm sure ticketsales.com's attorneys created these water tight terms of use, they are an absolute exploitative, abusive company. DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

This company is a rip off. They false advertise with there web page that has /allstatearena so you think that you are buying from allstate. Then they charge a service fee that is outrageous and they donet even allow you to cancel your order. They did not give me a total so I saw 92. A ticket and nothing did it say I would get charged all of that. This company has poor customer service and poor service in general I will not be buying from this site again.
