I wanted to buy 4 tix for a local rodeo. The price listed seemed a little high for 4 tix (normally $22 per ticket) but I thought it was reasonable with fees for a $99 total. Then AFTER THE FACT when I completed the purchase the receipt showed a total of $518.23! No itemization. I thought I was paying $99 total. The site was completely misleading and deceptive! I called and was told "our site is very transparent and there are NO refunds ". I will be disputing this charge via my credit card co. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. This company does not care, they are con artists. Do NOT USE THEM! BEWARE!

Scam Scam Scam

My wife bought 13 tickets on this site for a group to a comedy show, just to find out that the face value of the tickets were approximately half the price. We paid nearly $1400 for tickets valued at just over $700 (all fees included). The tickets are not sold out, and the show is nearly 2 weeks away. There was also a strange extra service fee added that only showed up when she looked at her bank statement.

When contacting "customer service", she was not allowed to speak to a manager, but instead, my wife was informed that the manager would say the same thing. Even our bank said they were aware of this company's shady business practices but could not refund us. Now we are stuck with ridiculously overpriced resale tickets for a show that's not in high demand, not nearly sold out. Anytime you're not allowed to speak to a superior, BUYER BEWARE!

Purchased 2 $50.00 dollar tickets I thought I was dealing with the concert venue direct. I was charged $159.50 on my credit card.
Purchased same two tickets the same day from Ticket Master for $68.00 dollars.
Buyer beware when purchasing tickets from third party rip offs.

I was duped, don't be like me! They sell tickets they don't even possess. They charge your credit card WEEKS before they can even legally obtain tickets, much less guarantee your seats. This company is despicable. The venue even said they are not authorized to sell their tickets. On top of all that, the price is three times the legit ticket seller price. I am so disgusted. Filed a credit card dispute immediately when I realized I was scammed. Do NOT BUY THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS!

There is absolutely no refund whatsoever! They upcharge big time, lots of hidden fees that you don't see until you have already charged. Don't use them. Oh and no ticket until the day before... kind of sketchy to me. Hoping my credit card company will reverse the charges but I am guessing probably not.

DO NOT PURCHASE! This is such a scam! They hide all the fees until your finalize purchase. Just a trash company. Outrageous service fees that are hidden even after the purchase. I will be making a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered 2 tickets for a show and cost me $489, with over half being hidden cost, which is ridicules'. Clicked on the tickets and got a little bird picture with "woops, something went wrong". Tried to call their "customer service" for a few days for help, could not even get through. Tried to get my American Express to cancel the transaction, which they did, but had to investigate. Two weeks later, AM called me back. Stated they got in touch with them right away and they forwarded a copy of their contract of no refunds. I am out $489. THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY!. Possibly resold the same tickets 4-5 times over. NEVER BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY GET AN F FROM ME AND THE BBB! The government should look into these crooks.

Cheaters

I went to the constellation field website in which I thought was the correct website to purchase game tickets …. Everything looked the same…. So I purchased 3 tickets for $20 each… thinking I was paying $60 in total … never saw any added fees… then my charged fee to my credit card was $91.31 … I am a senior citizen and I do not like getting deceived or cheated on…. When I called to get a refund they told me no refunds would be given …. I then went on their website and started a chat and that person would not give me a refund …. I spent alot of time trying to get my refund and for them to make this right but they would not give me my refund SO please don't get scammed like I did and please never ever use TICKETSALES.COM to purchase anything ever!

I normally do not go through 3rd party sites, and this is exactly why. I somehow got routed through TicketSales.com and ended up paying 2x the amount for my tickets. If that wasn't bad enough, when I got to the venue, the tickets were denied because they were sold by an individual whose name was on the tickets. Because my name wasn't on the tickets they could not honor them and I was denied entry. I called to have this resolved and spent 20 minutes on the phone with their customer service team and ended up missing the first act. They didn't offer any resolution other than "we'll look into it" and a halfass "sorry for the inconvenience". No immediate refund. No effort to resolve it. No escalation. I just followed up as it's been a couple days and I still haven't received their Denial of Access form. They don't let you speak with anyone higher than a generic customer service team member who will repeat the same information ad nauseam. Unhelpful, slow, and reeking of fraud as they sold me tickets from a third party who remained owners of the tickets. Ruined my Saturday night and they are making it extremely difficult to get a refund.

DECEPTIVE

I bought 2 tickets with a face value of $37.50 each. They told me my bill was going to be $85 and change. Credit card company had $201! I chatted on line with them and their answer was "resell". Fees were $126 for $75 of ticket. No offer to lower to a reasonable amount, just resell. They claim they showed the final price BEFORE checking out. Not so. I never saw $201. I live 7 miles form the stadium, why would I pay nearly 3X the ticket price when I can pick up at the stadium without $126 of fees? Don't even think about using them.

IT IS A SCAM. I bought tickets at one price and next thing I know the fees and service charges were HUNDREDS of dollars more. I tried to go back, but the purchase was already made. I called customer service and they told me to try to tell the tickets. The tickets are hundreds of dollars cheaper on Ticketmaster. I'm appalled that people scam other people like this. This is just awful. PLEASE DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM, PLEASE!

My fault for not paying closer attention and researching this company first. I will take responsibility for that. But it is just such a shame there are companies out there like this ripping people off. I was in a hurry, and just typed the venue name in, this site popped up immediately. We have been to many concerts there and have always bought from the venue. I mistakenly thought I was on their website. After the purchase, I thought the price seemed high, so I looked and realized it was another site. Immediately I contacted them to try and cancel the order and as others have said, they will not refund anyone. I know concerts have extra fees but this is insane! On the customer service chat I was told, "I can tell you how to resell them..." and I told the person I would NOT be ripping someone off like they did to me. I just paid over $100 extra for the tickets and after looking the company up online, I question whether or not the tickets will even be valid. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
