They first give you an email with a receipt then send you another email to confirm the order. I clicked the link and not sure why I have to fill this out to get my tickets.

Process ok, pickup info could.be more streamlined other than that happy wih the process. We still habent receibed info on where to pickup tickets so needs to be near theatre

Very easy site to use and buy tickets. I would recommend it to anyone buying tickets. I found the process of printing out my tickets slow. Most of the time I buy tickets I can print them out immediately.

Fees are INSANE! Bought 2 tickets for $97 a piece. My card was charged $267! I'll never use this site again. I let my friend find tickets for me. Never should of trusted someone else to buy my tickets

I hope I did not get scammed I have read a lot of nasty reviews for this site. I guess if I get scammed out of my money and tickets I am the idiot for not checking the reviews before hand. Please prove these review wrong and send me the damn tickets I paid for.

I found prices to be exceedingly high and a failure to mention exorbitant service fees. I also don't understand why I should write a review prior to receiving my tickets. I probably would not use this site again nor recommend it to anyone else!

My reviews of the website was overall good. User friendly easy to find. I will say the fees are a little much! Excepted for the game.
