N/a I have no additional comments at this time. I just hope the ticket gets here in time. I actually would have preferred a hard ticket be sent by USPS.

Delivered Yankee tickets 2 days before we arrived and the final time 3 hours after the game had started. Never use them use Stub Hub only

This sucks - had a promo code and could not find where to use it. Stub hub would have ben cheaper since I was not able to use the code. Should have bailed but kept looking for the input for the promo code until lo and behold I had made a purchase. Very disappointing.

All went well with ticket purchase pray all goes well with game and the Pistons win every game for season

Easy to use but too bad there is such a high fee per ticket instead of by transaction. Not sure yet if we received the tickets. Buying the same day as the event

It was a bit confusing, and very expensive. I really think charging someone $100 for tickets that are already expensive seems a little steap.

I really don't like the fact that you don't get your ticket until 2 days before the event. With so many scams out there you have to TRUST that they will show up. A stressful way to do this.

Seems like a good priced website. I just hope that I get the tickets. I am a little worried. Over then that they seem quick to respond with confirmation.

Tickets dont get delivered so you never know if you actually will receive them. I still havent received tickets I ordered.

Excellent ordereing of tixkets. No problem using tje website. Sent email conformation quickly. Cant wait to take my nephew for his first nba game for his birthday!

I had bought tickets as a gift for my daughter and her boyfriend. They were going to New York for the first time. They are excited but also anxious. At 24 hours before the show they still didn't know where to pick up their tickets. Buy directly from the venue to avoid stress and anxiety over not knowing if you are really going to gett tickets

The only thing that is not the best is the fees, really expensive. All together I did have a great experience, especially when calling customer care.

Worked great to purchase, now we will see how it works when we get the tickets and use them. I would use this site again

The official site some how re-directed my wife to their site where they proceeded to charge her double. Shameful!

Your extra fees are ridiculous, if I could cancel my order I would!...!...

Received a promo code to obtain a 15% rebate while completing the transaction and saw it only after. Check your emails before finalizing the transaction! The customer service was unhelpful and didn't want to give me the rebate afterwards.
Frustrating experience overall.
