Disingenuous people!
"I purchased a ticket which unfortunately was managed by this company. I couldn't make it to the show, so that I called and emailed way ahead of time to let them know my situation, and requested a refund. Of course they denied my request. Ever time, I had an interaction with them, they treated me like a piece if garbage, keep giving me the most ridiculous reason, why they can't refund my money. Their services was an insult to my intelligence and a waist of my money. These are most horrible, disingenuous and incompetent people and whoever owns the company should be hold accountable for for their incompetency. Please take this as your warning. Don't Not do business with them!"

I paid a total of $288.95 for two tickets which included A $24 fee for each ticket and a $7 fee for sending e-tickets. My wife as a surprise had bought better tickets on Global Arts Live for $58 each for a total of $116, no extra fees.
Shame on me for jumping on the first tickets I came across and paying those prices and fees.
Be that as it may when I realized she had bought tickets I tried to refund them. With over 2 weeks to go before the concert I thought this wouldn't be a problem but Tickets-Center has a firm non refundable policy and advised me to try to resell my own tickets.
Maybe I have no recourse, maybe I do but knowing there are sellers out there like Global Arts Live selling tickets at reasonably prices, I don't have the heart to sell these at the same rip off prices TC sells them for and will take a loss and sell them for the same fair price GAL gave me.
Instead of making a profit I want to make a statement to warn others and encourage a little revolution against these greedy middlemen and ticket resellers (individuals included) and say, don't use them and don't fall into the same greed inspired trap to profit on the arts and thereby make them less and less accessible to people may love an artist but can't afford to ever see them live.
Personally I can afford this loss but not everyone can.
I also plan to donate what I can to sellers like GAL and really look forward to the day when more people get wise to sellers like TC and stop encouraging them by using thier services.

Scam Site

Ordered tickets in November 2018 thinking I was on Ticket Master for a certain seat paid 385.00 for great seats and received a 65.00 seat one row from the lawn. Complete dishonesty from the beginning of this sale. Lawsuit to follow.
Positive reviews are either fake or written by people that don't realize they were robed.

Buyer beware, when you buy the tickets they say:
"When you place an order request through this checkout cart, that order is an irrevocable offer to purchase tickets. A return email stating that you have been charged for your order serves as confirmation and acceptance of your offer to purchase tickets. "

I'm good with that. However, the email you receive AFTER purchase says:
"*Per the Terms and Conditions, requested tickets may sometimes be replaced with comparable tickets to the same event."

That is a bait and switch. I would NEVER have purchased tickets if there was any chance I wasn't getting EXACTLY the tickets I wanted.

They won't pick up the phone for tickets not yet received and don't respond to my emails.

I ordered tickets and separately a parking pass. The tickets were supposed to be shipped on or before Aug 17 BUT they charged my card in June! In the state of California you cannot charge for something you have not provided. I am sitting here on the 19th with a parking lot ticket but no stadium tickets... Just noticed too that their service charge is horrendous! I made a stupid mistake and will never make that mistake again.

Don't buy from here.

I bought a parking pass from Ticket-Center and I received it in the mail. It did not have the correct information for the stadium so I contacted the company. They had me email a photo to them and I received a response stating it would take up to 72 hours. I never received a response so I contacted them again. I received vague answers and only was told that they are working on it.

Do Not use this website. I got tricked nto buying a ticket to a baseball game that had a face value of $15 (I didn't know this until i printed the ticket). They sold it for $75, and when the fees were added the price was $90! Then they would not respond to a "live chat" and wold not reply to an email. No phone number and no human being to complain to. Worst consumer fraud I've seen.

Can't get my tickets
August 16, 2019

This is a 3rd party, I could not down load my tickets. Ticket master is the seller, they could not help me Ticket-Center could not help me, could not get me my tickets and will not refund me when THEY ARE THE ONES THAT CANT GET ME MY TICKETS. I am out of 500.00. It is not easy as they claim, you can only get them electronically, need to know everyone's sign in and pass word (both ticket-center and ticket master). STAY AWAY

My mistake on an impulse buy... wanted to take a Vet to a concert he was dreaming of. I paid almost $300 for 3 tickets that I could have paid $129 total for! (duh!) My mistake for not doing my research! I purchased these tickets 3 months before the event and was charged immediately. I have yet to get the tickets. One week before the event, I requested a refund. Requeast denied. They said they have until 1 hour before the event to give me the e-tickets! I was advised to try and sell the tickets if I could not use them and... they even gave me a "tip" that I could try to sell them at an inflated price. I replied." how can I sell tickets that I do not have?" Of course they referred me to their purchase terms I apparently agreed to. NEVER AGAIN! I had to spend another $129 so I could fulfull the dream concert I promised. (the man is TOTALLY worthy of the cost, I'm just sorry that I fell for the scam. BUYERS BEWARE!)

Two problems. (1) The ticket cost was $50 to $100 more than seats I saw (too late) on other sites. (2) I bought the tickets a week before the event, and they didn't send me the e-tickets until the morning of the concert. So I had a full week of stress and tension, wondering if I'd get the tickets. I'm guessing the scalper who "sold" me the tickets didn't actually *have* any tickets until the day before the event. Wheeling and dealing at my expense. Oh, and (3) goes without saying... support is lousy to nonexistent. You can phone, and they never answer, or you have an "online chat" where some bot fills in stock answeres and utterly stonewalls any hope you might have of cancelling your very mistaken order with tickets-center.

BEWARE! I have never written a negative review... until now! I ordered tickets to Francesca Battistelli in Kansas for my grandchildren. No, I don't order alot of concert tickets so I thought they were horribly expensive but thought that was the going price... had no choice. I paid over $100 per ticket then saw that immediately after, that the same level of seating was offered much much less... on the same site! I contacted them immediately and tried to stop my order to no avail. IMO, they are very hard to contact...& can see why they don't make it easy to have access to them... except to take money; they make that remarkably easy. When I got the ticket, the price ON the ticket was $30.

Bought tickets to a Marlin game x 2 the first time they were cancelled and the second I made a mistake with the date and called to change and they refused to refund me or give me a percent back.
Ended going to the stadium and purchase them myself for a fraction of the website cost. Don't buy here. They're scammers! 90 bucks out of 30 that was the price on the stadium.

Buyer Beware!

I accidentally purchased tickets for the wrong DATE of the Boston Symphony (a date I would no longer be in Massachusetts). I realized it immediately, contacted Tickets-Center within seconds, and yet they would not do anything about it. Up until that point, I was totally fine - and then I realized that the tickets I had just paid $150 each for were actually a Symphony REHEARSAL and not an actual performance as listed on the site! Upon closer inspection of other sites, it became clear that the tickets were still selling on the Tanglewood site for their face value of $34. I am not an inexperienced ticket buyer, and frequently purchase resale tickets from StubHub and other sites. THIS site is downright fraudulent! There is no way I will be able to recoup my money because I would NEVER list rehearsal tickets valued at $34 for $150 and try to pass them off as an official performance. BEWARE! (And notice all of the other reviews for this site from people who had the same kind of experience!)

Do not buy from this website! Google ads led me to this site. In not paying close attention and this being the first time trying to buy tickets for this venue I didnt realize this wasnt the venues official ticket seller. Ended up paying 3x the face value of the tickets which were still available from the venue. The company refused to give me a refund after giving me the run around for an hour on the phone. Ridiculous.

I have proof of purchase and have misplaced my tickets. I paid 300.00 for tickets! Could not give me any help at all. No reprinted tickets or even an email that listed my seat numbers!
