Sketchy practices
May 21, 2020

Been trying to get a refund since our event was cancelled on March 13. They finally (2 months later) issued a "credit". In my previous research on cancelled events it clearly stated a refund would be issued. Upon research tonight it appears they've suddenly changed their policies to say a credit will be given. Very shady especially given I've been trying for 2 months to get my refund.

Ripped off
May 20, 2020

I bought two tickets through Tickets-Center. The event was cancelled and Tickets-Center says they are keeping my money and only offering a credit. Where did the money go? I hope someone takes them to court. Never do business with Tickets-Center.

I bought two tickets to Super Cross for March 28th from Ticket-Center, back in January. It was cancelled due to COVID-19. I received an email telling me I would receive a full refund within 2-4 weeks. A month passed by so I called customer service. The representative told me that due to all the events being cancelled it would take longer for the refund to get to me and that she would email me more information that day. I never heard anything from her or Ticket-Center until TWO MONTHS LATER, which was an email telling me that they actually changed their cancellation policies due to COVID-19 and now they will be offering NO REFUNDS whatsoever but instead they are giving me store-credit at 110% of my original amount for a future event. They left me no option, and after everything I've gone through with them the last thing I want is to spend my money through their venue. I feel robbed of my money and I am going to be reporting them to the BBB and will never do business with them again.

I purchased tickets to Les Miserable in October. The show was scheduled for the 2nd week of March. Due to the Covid 19 outbreak it was canceled. I was told via email that I would be reimbursed within 2-4 weeks. It has been 10 weeks and still no refund. When I called Ticket Center 4 weeks ago I was told I would be refunded, but they didn't have a time-line. SERIOUSLY? That almost $400 would be super helpful right about now. Where is my refund?

I still haven't received my refund for monster energy supercross that was cancelled in March. Promised a refund in 4-6 weeks. I've called twice and they keep telling me I will, but I still don't. If you want to be ripped off, buy your tickets here!

The Price is Right
May 16, 2020

Seems to be the ongoing problem for Tickets-Center if you read recent complaints. My event was cancelled in the middle of March and I was told I would receive my refund in 2 to 4 weeks. It is 5 weeks now and I have not heard a word from Tickets-Center and not refund.

Waiting for refund

Two months later and still no refund. They lied to the BBB and said they were going to but that was a month ago which was already a month after they said they would refund me. Their gaurantee is worthless and they lie. It has been over two months and it was before the shutdowns when they said they would refund my money for a cancelled event. They now use the pandemic as an excuse not to give my money back.

My event was canceled back in March 2020. I received a email days before the date of the event stating that my money would be refunded in 2-4 weeks, due to COVID-19 event cancellations. I posted that email below. After 4 weeks I called them About my money not being returned. They told me my money would be Direct deposited into the account it came from on the 18th of April. On the 20th of April I called them because my money still hasn't been returned. It was then stated to me that, because there were so many refunds to be made, it would take a little longer but would be refunded before the end of the month. To this date, Mother's Day, I still have not been refunded and also their automated system will not allow me to speak to a representative. I go through the entire process and the system recognizes my number then will not allow me to go past pressing 6 for refunds. It just starts over with telling me my options. I am so tired of being taken advantage of, epecially at a time like this when money is most needed. At this point, I'd consider this stealing from me. I am past upset and seeking legal counsel over 185.50!

Sincerely,
PISSED

Don't buy from this website. Go directly to the venue's website. Google is very misleading by returning these crooks for a ticket search.

Even though MLB and the franchises are granting refunds for tickets in April and May, TicketsCenter is not granting refunds since the events are not technically cancelled. This is a terrible experience as a consumer and very frustrating I can only Chat a non-American person to discuss it. Covid has had drastic impacts to our lives and I am now unable to get a refund for an event I cannot go to and the funds would be used to support my Family while we are out of work. I will not be using TicketsCenter again after this experience.

I bought tickets for a BTS concert on April 26,2020. The concert was cancelled in ealry March of 2020, with no re-scheduled date due to the coronavirus situation. BTS cancelled this concert and has not re-scheduled it, nor do they plan on re-scheduling it based on what I see on their site. I have asked for a refund of my tickets 3 times already and keep getting the run-around. Just saying be careful with these guys.

Refund refusal
April 13, 2020
Previous review

Event for the rodeo was cancelled back in the early part of March. It has been over a month since waiting for a refund. Called and ask for a supervisor, no answer given as to when money will be refunded to the account. Bought 2 rodeo tickets from this 3rd party vendor, I will never do it again when things go back to normal. The customer service is horrible. They refuse to give back a refund for a cancelled event. Had to file a dispute on them.

Buyer beware, this company is a rip off. Bought two tickets to a game and they charged twice. Their computer voice customer service said it was user error on my part so they are not responsible. They have no actual people you can talk to about the problem. Judging by the thousands of bad reviews how can they still be in business? The better business bureau needs to step in.

Order #*******. Bought Spring training tickets for my son. Game was cancelled due to Covid19. Tickets-Center told me refund would take about two weeks. Seven weeks later and no refund... they won't even answer emails and have hung up on me three times. Attorney General's Office needs to get involved.

Ordered tickets for Grand Ole Opry, 100% guaranteed. Venue was canceled due to coronavirus. I hounded them for over four weeks and kept getting a runaround. Finally had to do a charge dispute with my credit card company.
Never again!
