Don't buy from them. Still no tickets, I bought straight from the company instead, way better seats for a 3rd of the cost. I got those tickets months ago... yet still waiting for the tickets from Ticket-center. They sent out an email saying that you needed to be vaccinated to go to this venue, which was a lie. I called the venue. They said they can't verify these tickets are even legit. Buy straight from the venue.
A scam site. Mimics the venue site. Charges twice the amount of the ticket. Offers not refunds, even when I realized my mistake immediately. Customer service is non-existent - just recorded message hell.
Avoid at all costs!
Scalpers paradise. I spoke to an agent named 'George'. Would not process a refund. Pretty sure it's just one guy buying tickets and scalping people. Not sure how this person sleeps at night. The owner's mother must really find him to be disappointing.
Be aware that if your event gets postponed for any reason they will keep your money! You have to be your own agent and resale them if your event is postponed and you can't use the tickets! I bought tickets for a Chicago Blackhawks game in December while my husband and I were on vacation and it got canceled due to the visiting team having COVID. It was rescheduled to April, but I won't be in town during that time so the tickets I purchased are USELESS to me and my husband. I don't have time to sell these tickets on my own, nor do I have the knowledge to do so -- which was the ONLY thing the online chat person Ivan told me I had to do to recoup any of my money! BUYER BEWARE! Do not ever use!
Purchased Parking Pass from Matt Hayden for $#*!ies Arena for $ 77.11. When ticket was released at 10:13pm and funded thru PayPal the seller canceled at 10:15pm. But no refund was sent to our PayPal. Juan at the support ticket-center.com REFUSED to reimburse after scammed by seller Matt Hayden and in turn transferred the sale to another seller "Brian". We advised Juan we had already been forced to make additional arrangements and Juan refused to assist. DISPUTE CARD charge with Bank services for fraud. I have already provided proof and will not deal with the hustle again. No wonder Matt Hayden does business here.
My event was postponed and I wasn't able to attend. They insisted it wasn't postponed. The live chat and call center were not helpful and we kept getting disconnected. Buy anywhere but here.
This company paid for official looking Facebook and Google ads, the order even said the tickets would be delivered through AXS so I thought I was purchasing from a legitimate site. It was on my phone so I didn't see the warnings about the price or reseller piece until it was too late. I tried to confirm the tickets through my AXS account but they were not there. I reached out to the company and they claimed they were the same as Vivid Seats, but the order number is not recognized by Vivid Seats and the tickets don't show up in my account there either. I spent $555 for tickets to a show that should have been $218 directly through AXS. I have no way to verify that the tickets are valid and they claim they can provide no other assistance until the day of the show 4 months from now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS RESELLER, YOU WILL GET RIPPED OFF!
I paid $90.00 for tickets that I could have paid $30.00 for because I wanted to get them early. Advice just wait.
Fan policy is not great and ticket prices are not comparable to other sites, way more. Customer service also is horrible.
Bought 2 tickets to Algeria (Cirque De Soleil). Show was canceled due to the cast falling ill. It seems receiving a refund is impossible! Can't speak to an actual person. All customer service has been outsourced. I refuse to be out of $400 dollars but this company of no integrity is NOT making it easy!
On the BBB site, when filing a complaint I found that this company rates a grade of D. After filing a complaint w/the Attorney General's Office in Delaware (where they list their company address), I received a message explaining they cannot followup because the company IS NOT LOCATED IN DELAWARE. Talk about the ultimate scam! They recommended I file with the following agencies, who have jurisdiction over my complaint:
Federal Trade Commission at www.FTC.gov and the Federal Bureau of Investigations Internet Crime Unit at www.IC3.gov
I plan on doing this and suggest that everyone else who was ripped off do the same. Let's shut them down.
I wish I would've read the negative reviews on this site instead of being lulled into a false sense of security from the positive reviews (perhaps they were legit at one time and then started ripping people off). The bottom line is you won't ever see your tickets and contacting them results in an automated system that spirals to no where. Throughout this ordeal, at one time I managed to break through the automated spiral and speak to a representative (after being on hold for an hour). They told me once I ordered tickets, they had no responsibility providing my tickets since they are a third party operation. In my case, they never sent the link to activate our tickets. When we contacted them, we were assured we'd get it in time. A few days later we received an email stating the game was postponed and we would receive tickets for the rescheduled game. The night of the postponed game, we received an email stating that the tickets were forfeited because we didn't activate them. On top of all this, it turns out we paid double their value. I ended up buying tickets for the same game through TicketMaster since this was a Christmas gift; they gave me a fair price and handled the postponement in a reasonable manner. Do yourself a favor and give TicketMaster your business, not these scammers.
Bought tickets for my kids, only to find out the seats had an obstructed view which they did NOT disclose (found out through the venue). When I kindly asked for either a switch in seating or refund through phone, email and chat, got no response. Do NOT buy from them.
This site has very deceitful practices and once you make a purchase it is too late. Do not do business with them.
My wife recently ordered tickets to an event we can no longer attend. This event is about 4 hours from our residence and it says that our tickets won't ship until two days before the event, which leaves me in a bind.
Contacting customer support to resolve this issue seems impossible and from the looks of it they don't really seem to care at all based on other reviews I've read. The tickets that were purchased only show us section and row but do not tell us the seat number the purchase order also states that the prices may change as well even though the initial transaction has already processed.
Everything about them is screaming scam and I wish I could have prevented it from happening. Dont use their website!
Purchased 2 tickets listed at $24 each. I was charged $199.50. Then, the event was postponed…for the fourth time. Tickets-center has refused to refund anything. Never buy from this company. No live person to speak with, email correspondence only. Very unprofessional.
Highly recommend avoiding this site or any affiliated or sister sites. Safe yourself the headache.
I should have done my homework better. This company charged 3 times more per ticket than other vendors. No refunds or exchanges. High service charges. I will definitely not use this company again.
I tried to purchase a set of tickets on their website, which was confusing and limited. When i went to purchase, I selected the wrong date. I noticed the error when I received a summary screen and tried to reach out to customer service immediate. They were only available certain hours CST and were unwilling to consider a fix. I only requested a change of date, but they would not adjust, would not give me tickets to resell, and would not issue a refund... all this conveyed in canned responses and zero specific interaction.
2 purchased concerts canceled due to COVID and now they don't want to give full refund back just a credit. First concert that was canceled was in 2019 and it was for my teenage daughter since I don't like big crowds. It took me a whole year to finally get the 2nd concert since I had a credit because they did not want to give you the money back. I drove 4 hours for Jingle Ball to find out it was canceled that same day. I received an email staying that I would be getting a full refund. I called customer service and they said no refund just a credit. If I don't use the credit, I lose that money. I will never buy from them again. Horrible service.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
