Do NOT under any circumstances use this website to purchase tickets. They marked up my concert tickets by $100 meanwhile I thought I was purchasing directly from the venue. When I asked for a refund, they hung up on me. This is horrible business and this company should be shut down!
I was misled by the marketing on the tickets-center.com site to purchase tickets for an upcoming event. The tickets are for sale for $25 on the legitimate site, but when I was google searching for ticket sales, tickets-center.com popped up first based on their "google ad" status. I clicked the link and thought I was buying tickets for a legitimate merchant. Instead, I was charged ~$110 for tickets that retail direct for $25. I still don't have the tickets in my possession, although they were purchased over a month ago, and now that I am unable to attend the event, tickets-center.com is refusing to cancel my order. I reached out to their customer service rep and they were unwilling to help because they are in the "secondary ticket sale market" and have "agreements with the sellers." This is not a trusted merchant and I do not recommend anyone using tickets-center.com to acquire tickets for an event. I am reporting them to BBB.
It seemed easy enough. I got a confirmation email and another email that informed me that my tickets would arrive digitally and I would need to show tix on my smartphone to get into the venue. I haven't received those actual digital tickets yet, but I am pretty confident that won't be an issue.
Upon ordering tickets I soon recieved 4 emails (and still don't have them) so my suggestion would be to make the whole process less laborious. I have to watch a video in order to learn how to get my tickets? Really?
The process was very simple to follow. I would've given a 5 but honestly the service fees seem excessive for a fully automated process.
I panicked bought. I didn't realize I was on your site and paid more for the bleachers in the sun than sitting in an actual seat in the shade costs. But hey the money you paid google to be listed 1st paid off handsomely for you, I will definitely pay attention next time..

Was charged over $300 for 4 baseball game tickets when they sell for $14 each. Totally my mistake for purchasing them from Tickets-Center, it will never happen again. Seems like we all learned our lesson here.
Don't use this company! Many requests for tickets purchased unfilled until date of event. Arrangements and travel time to venue required more time and made the purchase unusable

More of warning than anything. These guys go through a second party to sell tickets that aren't even available yet for far more than what they are worth taking advantage of FOMO. Due to the way this company operates, they will offer absolutely no refund or cancelation of your purchase which imo is absolutely ridiculous if you bought tickets that haven't even went on sale yet, because how tf are you going to resell something you don't even own yet. So for instance in my case, tickets that would sell for 70 dollars, i ended up shelling out 800 dollars. Absolutely absurd. Then i find out that the tickets aren't even on sell yet until later this week. Sure i'm experiencing buyers remorse and a lack of awareness. I accept that but at the same time like charging 4x the amount for tickets is pretty ridiculous, but whatever. I bought them thinking "well i guess i can just resell them if this is what they are going for" I later learned that the tickets were far less than what these jokers were pricing them at.
The main point of this is to just be aware, know the details of the concert you're trying to see and definitely, definitely do not purchase from these guys because I guarantee you can get them for cheaper at a much better business that will be able to refund your money or help you out if you've made a mistaken purchase. Don't be me, don't make my mistake.
I have not received my tickets and the company doesn't answer the phone. So pissed that I spent 107.02 on tickets that I am not receiving. I've emailed and called several times. Terrible service!
I ordered tickets on this site and immediately tried to cancel and I received a berating from an employee on how I can't read and should read all of the terms and conditions. This is a terrible way of treating customers. You should hire more polite employees to reorient your business.
Answer: They will not refund your money. They are scam artists who mimic real ticket sites and venue box offices and take advantage of consumers. They are dishonest and horrible and should not be operating.
Answer: You have to call or chat. They aren't very good at communicating and won't if you don't try to get in contact with them.
Answer: I was unfortunate enough to innocently purchase 2 tickets to a Broadway show through Ticket Center. I assumed I was purchasing tickets from the theatre not through this third party website. I asked for a refund and they said NO so I contacted my bank, the better business bureau, and getting a lawyer. This company needs to be shut down!
Answer: It is a problem they buy the cheapest seat they can find and when they send you the seat there isn't enough time to get it resolved or a refund. GET A REFUND if you can and go to Ticket Master or another real honest site. I paid 385.00 for a great seat yes one seat and deceived a 65.00 garbage seat in the back.
