I will never use this site to purchase tickets again. I thought I was logging in to the venue site because of the way the site looked. The entire process was deceiving. A pop up came up several times telling me I had to hurry or I was going to lose my seats. I was so rushed and didn't have time to truly think and explore what I was doing I was trying to hurry and I purchased tickets that were more than 3 times face value. I immediately called the company. They refused a refund or any other help. It was literally minutes into the process. Exceptions for customer service could have been made and they were totally uncaring and unhelpful. They prey on the nativity of innocent people.
So very disappointing.

This system is so screwed up! I've spent the entire morning trying to get the tickets I paid $450 for. No chat, no one to reach by phone. Will never use this garage unfriendly system again. Still no help!

This will be so much fun, first nfl game, get to see tom brady play, first time to Florida and get to be in the sunshine!

I purchased a pair of "reserved lawn" seats for an outdoor concert for $197.00. The seating chart showed a reserved lawn seating section with assigned seats. I later learned from Ticketmaster, who at least confirmed I had two general admission tickets, that there is no reserved lawn seating at the venue. It's paid seating or general admission, which was $36.00 each.

The site will not procure best ticket for you, only the cheapest so they can take your money. You will pay a very hefty price for the lowest quality product they can procure. Not worth it. I truly regret using their website.
