Bought tickets.
At the door when they were scanned the tickets were unavailable.
The seller had returned so they would have to be repurchased and my sale was no longer valid.
I had to purchase new seats (different seats) at the box office.
I am still fighting for a refund.
Don't do it.

Asked for the tickets that I purchased and they can not send them as a proof of purchase...but will send them 5 months from now!@

Purchased tix to Six musical 12/22/22. In the confirmation order email e-tickets were to be sent 4/9. No tickets received 4/9. Called/emailed several times. Email responses vague without an estimated time to receive. Sent at least 5-7 emails inquiring. Musical to occur 4/11. Still no tix on 4/11. Called customer services and explained what occurred. Cancelled order and was told refund within 2-3 days. When I emailed back and received message that no one is manning the in-box. Yet prior email responses from company were from the same email address. No email of refund received 4/11.4/12 Not trusting went to bank to formerly request refund. This afternoon refund received. Had I not formally reported May not have received refund. Buyer beware. This site needs to be deactivated.

Just gangsters. Stay away. This site is there to dupe you. If you get the tix at all, you'll have paid far too much for them. IF.

Prices are way above face value. No refunds. No real customer service. Service fees are outrageous. I wish I had done more research before buying. I will never buy from them again.

I searched for tickets to the Metropolitan Opera in New York and the site that came up, even with a seat map and multiple choices for operas, was Tickets Center (tickets-center.com), though at the time it was difficult to realize looking on my phone screen that this was not a service of the Met itself. I made my choice and bought two tickets and only when I received the email did I realize this was a third-party reseller. I checked directly with the opera and the tickets were marked up for three times the price (yes, you read that right, the nosebleed tickets I bought cost about $100 at the Met but I had paid over $400 with this scammy site). I called them, within ten minutes of purchase, and they refused to cancel. Of course, it was my fault to not detect that this was a scam. I should have read more carefully. But they make this site be the first result on Google searches and they make it look like an official opera site. And even if I was fooled by their deceptive practices and no-refund trap that does not make a scam any better. As a matter of fact, the definition of a scam is that it takes advantage of people who trust. I have filed a dispute on these tickets and bought them directly from the Met, preferring to pay twice if I lose than to just acquiesce. If you have fallen for them, put up a fight -- complain, write reviews, dispute the charge, report them to your attorney general and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and make sure to keep their customer rep long on the phone. Let's make the cost of this scam prohibitive for them. If all consumers do it, they will be out of business soon.

Because its named ticket center poses as venue. Tiny fine print indicating it isn't. Cannot cancel even way in advance or right after. Pay double here for non sold out concerts

Terrible customer service because they have no real power to help with anything. The email link for the ticket transfer didn't work but they couldn't even resend it or contact Ticketmaster to confirm the event. Total waste of time and will never use this service ever again.

I bought two tickets to a show then wanted to cancel the order. They refused to cancel the order even though tickets for the event had not gone on sales yet. They said their policy is that all sales are final with no cancelations. So, even though they had not experienced any costs to fill my order, they refused to cancel the order. I offered to pay a cancellation fee. They said no to that too. There is more to this but tis is the crux of the issue. Stay away from this site!

CAREFUL - The site is selling tickets to a concert before they even go on sale at 300-400% mark up. Do not use this ticket scalping site.

I was wondering why I did not receive tickets once the payment was taken. I emailed I had a long online chat the response is I would get them in Oct. I am so unhappy and terribly concerned. I am not sure what I can do to expedite tickets any suggestions? My hands are now tied if this is a farse I am out 624.00 Cad dollars for two tickets, and will not be attending the Queen concert.

They say they won't charge you while you're browsing and if you enter your card at any time they will charge you for anything you put into your cart. You can only get ahold of them with chat and they will tell you no refunds. My bank refunded the money right away. They have dealt with this company before. Straight SCAM!

Use ticketmaster website instead. It was 1/2 the price of what these scalpers charged. And they would not refund, even though I tried within 20 minutes of purchase.

Beware of price gouging. This company is crooked and charge a very inflated price for their tickets.

This site was the first to pop up when I was purchasing tickets for an event. When I realized that I had way over priced, ask them about their return policy they told me I could only resell them on another site, but that they also could not supply me with the tickets until way closer to the event time. So now I'm stuck waiting for tickets with the inability to buy new tickets which would be the same price in a way better location in the venue. The tickets I got from them are literally on the last row and are the same price as some Midway to the stage. Price gouging at its finest with lack of customer support.

Tried to cancel immediately after realizing that I didn't purchase from the official seller. Wouldn't let me cancel!

DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS WEBSITE. This website is a scam. You will pay at least three times the amount for the tickets. They will not help you resell, exchange, or cancel your order. They will not help you resolve the issue in anyway they will just take your money.

Ticket Center sent us the wrong tickets and is refusing to refund our money. They will send tickets for any date or time regardless of what you order and claim they fulfilled their obligation. AVOID THIS COMPANY
