My daughter and I had an amazing time last night. The line up of performers was amazing and every single artist did an amazing job.
The crowd was pumped and the energy in the Garden was incredible.

Ordered 4 tickets for Nutcracker in Seattle; for some reason, couldn't get 4 together in the same row, even though there were 6 seats available. I opted for 3 in one row and one in the row behind them. When the tickets came, they were for So You Think You Can Dance in Denver! After a couple of calls, the customer service people fixed the problem; they were very nice. The performance was lovely.
When talking to others at the concert I found this website to be very expensive compared with what others paid for tickets. I probably will not use this site to purchase future tickets
We had a great time. My 2 year old daughter really enjoyed watching the Rockets dance and loved the musical numbers.

First I bought tickets for Sunday December 6th, but they had to cancel the tickets and issue new ones. They said they would be just as good, but the seats were not in the orchestra section, but in PARC (which I didn't know what it was), but it was behind the sound man with all the lights and talking going on in front of me. They are the worst tickets I have ever paid for. I also purchased tickets for my daughter & her husband for Friday night December 4th and they had box seats which were wonderful. It was such a disappointment due to it was our 45th anniversary and not to be such a pill, but it could be our last.

I liked being able to see the seats and the price options.
Getting to the pdf download was unnecessarily tedious. I had to click through several screens using unclear links each time. ("Download your tickets here" would be clearer) Most places, once you make your purchase, the next link is your download.
Secondly, in moire than one place we were told to bring the whole printed page. It seemed that the ticket portion should have been enough for the gate and indeed the ticket taker confirmed this. But we had to carry a wad of extra paper with only advertising, for no good reason.
Neither of these is a big deal, but the website design and instructions could easily be more user friendly and communicative.

I LOVE TICKETNETWORK. They always have AMAZING prices and I've been using them for the last 2 years or so, and I refuse to buy my tickets anywhere else.
I was displeased that I could not purchase two tickets using two forms of payment. I wanted to be sure I had these tickets side by side. When we arrived we had to ask a snuggled couple if we could switch with them. They were very gracious, but I didn't want to bother anyone. This was TicketNetwork's fault. I should have been able to purchase two tickets next to one another.

We printed our tickets as described, yet they would not scan. So we had to go to the side while a lady searched for the name the tickets were in for the seats we had. They were not in my name, although I ordered them and paid for them. We were told to go ahead and enter, but she said someone else may come with tickets to the same seat as they were showing in another's name. Noone came, but it still kept us on edge as we drove 8 hours to watch the musical and it was sold out. The theatre had older seats, I am 6'9" and unfortunately my legs were bruised and numb by the end of the show. I normally don't have this problem with auditoriums. I believe theverything auditorium seat description should have been included as there are taller and wider people, it would be nice to know if we will fit comfortably, or at all, or if there are seats with more room. The musical was great, the experience was not.
I feel I was cheated on the price. I paid 2 and 1/2 times the seat price going through your company. I did not realize this until I attended the concert and saw another purchase name on my ticket I printed through you and the actual price per ticket. This company allowed someone to scalp me a Grandma taking grandkids to a Christmas concert. The ticket price was 33.50 apiece I bought 3 tickets and paid you 277.00. How do you justify this?
November 22,2015 Collective Soul concert - I never received my (2) $522.50 VIP tickets that I bought on September 7,2015. I called at least 1/2 dozen times prior to the concert & was told they were mailed to wrong person. They offered Balcony seats due to their error. I didn't want Balcony, I paid for a VIP table.My Surprise Anniversary gift ended up A Bad Surprise. At 4:00 PM on Concert Day I was told they would REFUND 125% of my Cost to my account, Today is December 7,2015 & I still DO NOT have MY Refund.?
