The tickets that I purchased were fake. They were sold to multiple people we were able to get through gate with them but when we got to seats there were people with the exact same tickets and we had to go to customer services at the stadium and were told our tickets aswell as the other people that had the same ones were fake and we made to leave the stadium so not very satisfied with the service.
This concert would have been a wonderful experience, i purchased these tickets as a 65 bday present as Brooks and Dunn and Reba is his alltime favorite, and he had never been to Las Vegas before. They were truly amazing, however, we had the unfortunate experience of rowdy, rude people sitting next to us. ruined our whole experience we went to see the band. Not drunk people singing yelling next to us... I was soo disappointed that they were not asked to please sit down. We were not the only ones feeling this way, my partner was so excited and this was to be a truly memorable experience, I had to save all winter for this and was soo excited as this group is amazing despite that experience. We leaned forward and just tried to focus on the amazing music on the stage. And it truly was amazing... their show was wonderful, we loved it. Just tried to block out the people sitting next to us.
I give no stars to this service (I was forced to do 1 star or it would not take my comments). I purchased 2 tickets for Disney on Ice. The website quoted the tickets at $58 each, and with service fees and delivery, I ended up with a total of $160. I hesitated because it was incredibly high, but I wanted to take my granddaughter to the show and there were few tickets left. When I received the tickets, the printed price on the tickets was $35 per ticket! I could not believe it! This is the last time I use TicketNetwork. From now on, I'll buy tickets directly from the venue.

Horrible play. This is a total rip off. They should be embarrassed to charge for this show. You watch Al Pacino on the phone during the entire show basically arguing and repeating over and over and over. It was so bad, 6 in our party left after the first half along with a group of other frustrated people.
First of all, my family and I have enjoyed Disney on Ice every year for over 30 years. When I purchased 7 tickets from this network I had to call to see where my tickets were. Then when I received them they were different seats and moved up to a different level indicating that it was an "upgrade" which I didn't authorize. I am very familiar with this venue and the so called upgrade were actually cheaper and downgraded seats at the same price. I had to call this network 4 times with promises that this would be resolved each time with a call back or an email which I never received. Yes, we got the tickets that we requested by going to will call and waiting in line. We enjoyed the show but hated the frustration that we had to go through to assure that we would have tickets for this show. Lastly, I wouldn't use this site again. I could have found tickets cheaper from a different site or from box office which I would have done if I had been able to get a refund.
Didn't like the aka processing fee added right after when I still had to print my own tickets.
This was my 3rd time at one of their concerts. Each is better than the last. Will be going again next year. With the same 10 friends. I'll be in touch for tickets as soon as the date is announced
Trans-siberian was fine, but the seats were gym chairs that were incredibly uncomfortable. There were drunk people sitting all around us, and we had floor seats. I definitely expected a better crowd to be surrounding us.
I had a terrible time trying to print out my tickets. I went through two customer service reps and two different agencies before being able to get my tickets printed. I started just before 8:00 in the morning, and did not get my tickets until mid afternoon! Also, I purchased these tickets in August (for a December concert), and the rows on my receipt said A - M. We were in row R. This was very disappointing for tickets purchased four months in advance. If you can not provide the rows originally given (especially so far in advance), at least let the customer know!

Every year we take two people who have never been. It is amazing to watch them see the show for the first time! Last nights show was one of the best. I love EVERY song on the new album. Would love it if you did a tour just on that album. Please keep rockin!
Good, but was sitting pretty low and no love from the t shirt throwers, and had a huge sign and nothing on the video of us all night, she was a little disappointed but she still loves the hornets, She is 10

I have been to several events at Time Warner within the last 2 years, and I have never been disappointed with anything. The staff that gets you thru the metal detectors, those that help you find a seat and anyone at the food concessions have always been very profession and friendly. I like professional, but I love friendly. "Did you enjoy the event"? "Come back again" are only a couple of comments that staff people have made to me. I will be coming back!
My seat was behind a wooden wall and I was unable to see the stage... it was necessary for me to sit on the armrest (because I was by the wall)

I called them the Monday before the Saturday event to see where my tickets were. They assured me I would have them the next day. Instead, I received a phone call saying that the tickets were no longer available and was offered "better" tickets. Yeah right! Since I was offered better tickets (that amazingly were much lower in price than my original tickets) I was not eligible for the 200% guarantee (how surprising). After several calls and this review they did agree to refund 125% of the original purchase price of the tickets. This helped, but It could not erase the disappointment from the faces of my grandchildren.
Bad service, bad cancelation policy, way, way over charging tickets. Overall bad experience. I will NEVER use Ticketnetwork.com to buy tickets again!
