We're diehard Springsteen fans and were disappointed by the traditional ticket buying process for his 2/12 Philly show. Going through TicketNetwork was worth every penny. The delivery of tickets and use went fine, they were the seats as expected.No complaints whatsoever!
I had never been to the DCU Center before and was disappointed in the size of the place. I believe for the monter trucks it would have been better at a larger place. My son was also disappointed that most of his favorites were not there. I think next time we will try a larger place and see if that makes a difference.

Arrived at venue to find out tickets had already been used. Not allowed entry and $300 and two very upset children later we had to leave.
Do not use this company. When you try to call them, you are on hold forever, the next morning I still have no answer.

The concert was amazing. The ticketing process was a bit strange for me. I have not ordered from this company before. Diane helped me with my order at first. She was very friendly. I had two separate ticket companies providing me 3 tickets each so it got a bit tricky. Three were to be mailed to me and the other three 3-tickets. Leor at Right This Way was extremely helpful with the last set of 3 tickets. I am giving the experience a 4 because I would have liked to have all the tickets in my hands at the time of purchase. We had a great time!

I took my son and we loved it. He was totally engaged the entire time. The venue was perfect. We were given the history of the playhouse and tour as well as a little hint on how to meet the cast. I had a bad feeling about this website to begin with but, when i purchased my 200 dollar tickets they sent them to my email to print, and when i tried to print them it would not allow me to do so. So yeah they are stealing money!

Was looking for tickets to Carole King beautiful musical. Automatically routed from Oriental Theater in Chicago to Ticketnetwork. Tickets were a bit high but it was for wife's birthday. $158.00 each for orchestra seats, but figured ok it's a special occasion. Thought it was face price due to $79.00 Service charge. STUPID ME! Got tickets at "WILL CALL" they were good seats but the face value for the seats was $100 each. $58 over face price, $79. Service fee, AND $15.00 DELIVERY charge! Give me s freaking break, $152.00 in charges and a delivery fee when they never touch the tickets? This company has a lot of nerve screwing people over watch out for them, I'll never use their service again!
