So, I bought Springsteen tickets when they were first sold, months before the show. However, the day before the show I still didn't have my tickets. So, I tried to call to find out where my tickets were. It took hours to get hold of someone and only then they emailed me telling me that I would have to pick up my tickets even though I had paid over $106 for a "service" fee and $15 for a delivery fee. Naturally, I was upset so I asked why I have to pick them up when I paid so much extra to get my tickets delivered to me. Any legitimate company would just waive the delivery fee but not this company. They cancelled my order the day before the show. I spent close to six hours fighting with two different people through email and on the phone and the only thing they would do was to offer me tickets at an additional $220. I finally gave up and was able to get comparable tickets through a reputable company at $100 less. My friend was able to get better tickets than me and he paid almost $200 less by going through another ticket agency.
My whole experience felt like a complete scam. As best I can figure, this is what they do. They sell you tickets but don't send them to you. Then when you complain, If they can get more money from some other sucker, they cancel your order and sell your tickets to them. If not, they waive the delivery fee and make you pick them up. I don't have proof of this but that's what my gut tells me happened. I will never use this company again.
I waited days to get tickets for this concert even though I paid for them in December. It said I would have them by February 5th... That didn't happen... I spent hours on the phone with people telling me they would download tickets... Finally I get an email that after 5pm. The night of the concert... I can find TicketWorld and pick them up! Now I am waiting for shipping charges to be refunded...

I can't tell you how the concert was because the tickets were not delivered to us. They were ordered and paid for on 12/11... almost 2 months ahead of the show. But Monday 2/8 the tickets had not been shipped. After numerous calls and emails about when and how they would be shipped we finally received a call back stating (on 2/8) that they had not been shipped yet. Therefore we requested a refund. Additionally the "track my tickets" link stated that the tickets would be shipped by 2/10/2016 at 12 am... which was the actual date of the show. This was a (very expensive) Christmas present for my husband. Unfortunately he never saw the show. I will not use this service ever again. There is no excuse for the lack of communication or for the fact that the tickets were not even shipped 2 days before the show. I just cannot wrap my head around this.

They sent me the wrong seats and wrong section of tickets that I purchased. Instead of saying sorry and trying to fix it. I was told to send them back because they are selling for a lot more now. So if I send them back for a refund I'm gonna have to pay even more for worse seats then what my original seats were suppose to be... Per--- John Herring

Utterly disappointed and we felt duped and cheated with the absence of the tigers and zebras as advertised. As a matter of fact we need our money back. We feel like seeking a legal redress with you people.
Wonderful but found out after a friend paid only $15.00 for the same seats we were in.
The experience was awesome... my first major musical like this... what an awesome evening. Got upgraded to front row stage left... wow... I could almost touch the performers... spoiled... and the KING AND I is one terrific production... must see when in NYC.

First no where did we see that if the child can sit on our laps we did not have to purchase an additional ticket. Second to my knowledge e tickets where to be used as actual tickets. But we had such a difficult time at the event that we missed 45 mins of the show trying to print the tickets back and forth. The staff was not knowledgeable enough to help us. We spent $186 and did not get our moneys worth, it was our first time at disney on Ice and it was a dissapointment not only for us but our kids.

I thought the show itself was really great. I was disappointed to learn upon arrival that our seats in row AA were not front row. My Three year old Granddaughter had some difficulty seeing from our seats and for the money I spent on 3 tickets I was sure AA was front row. I was never able to find a seating map on the website that showed rows, only sections.

I bought tickets for my brother for Christmas and purchased the insurance in case of sickness or something else. He was ill and could not make it. I am extremely dissappointed in the insurance, as it requires a document from a medical professional. I don't know who goes to the doctor every single time they're sick. My brother is hopefully going to be able to get a document, but they should make it easier. I just want him to be able to go on a different date, not a refund.

This show was everything and more than I thought it would be! From being on stage before the show, watching the cast play and dance and chat to watch an amazing show to walking out of the Schuster... this was a wonderful, exciting experience! If there were more than 5 stars I would definitely add them.
I had will call tickets and was able to walk right up and pick them up within about 5 seconds... great service.
