We did Not have a good experience. We paid big bucks to sit in the front seats on section 7... But the chairs in the different rows were almost on the same level.
So the kids just could not watch as the people in the front rows were blocking our view. We ended up holding our kids high on our laps so that they could see their favorite show. The adults obviously could get to see much.
Rows behind the section 7 and 9. The second level viewing was so much better.
I will never buy front row seats again ever in the future
Bad, because I couldn't see the stage, as all attendance from orchestra remain stand up, so I only heard the artist and I couldn't see her performance.

Ticket way overpriced---unable to hear all the dialogue

The show was wonderful, but before curtain call we were sitting at our seats and another couple also came in with tickets for 1 of my seats. Come to find out that the seat was double sold. If I were to come later than I arrived I would not have been able to watch the show due to it being sold out. This was the part that disappointed me the most. Even though my gf and I were able to enjoy the show, the other couple did not get to enjoy the show due to this mistake.

The event was great, the purchase experience and seats were not. I wasn't informed of the service fee until checkout, which was sneaky. I also asked for disabled attendee accommodation, and wound up having to navigate two flights of stairs without rails to get down to the seats and back up again when the event was over.

I purchased tickets to the Pac 12 basketball tournament through their web site. The tickets were at a great price, however, it was as it seemed... too good to be true. After a couple of weeks as I patiently waited for my tickets, without notice, they refunded my money and informed me that the tickets I had purchased weren't available. I missed out on several other good deals on similar tickets that I could have been buying while waiting for these tickets I thought I had purchased.
Seemed too much like a bait and switch attempt. Bad people to do business. AVOID!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR TICKETS! They will list tickets that aren't really for sale at a lower price and then try to sell you different tickets.

I purchased 2 tickets for my son's birthday present. When I got to the theatre the box office said the seller sold them twice! What a horrible experience!
