Surcharge of $160 for handling fee! What the hell, gauging!
Made a honest mistake while ordering tickets. When I called to try to resolve the mistake I was told "all sales are final and our seller will not allow the money spent to go towards the correct tickets needed". I asked for sellers number and was given a Bogus number. Called back to ticket network and customer service rep basically laughed at me and still did not try to help resolve problem, so I am out $392 and having to open a claim with my credit card company. Horrible company do not water your time or risk your money!

I was very disappointed with your company as I was charged by the ticket holder instead of you and they charged me more than what you quoted me.
