I order four tickets to the circus for $36 a piece and was charger led $187 in the end. I mistyped my email address and never received an order confirmation or tickets. The next day (day of event) I called the company on two separate occasions. The first I spoke to a man who said he could see my transaction and that it did not go through and that is why I did not receive the tickets or confirmation because I had not purchased them. An hour later I called again and spoke to a women who said she had no record of me purchasing tickets and the first guy must have deleted it since he said the transaction did not go through. We asked if the email was typed in wrong and numerous other things like why my account said the money was taken. She said that my bank account may say pending for the purchase but does not mean it was actually taken out. She said I would not be charged and what do you know I was. Two days later the money was officially taken out of my account and I called once again. Talked to a woman named Shannon who was the biggest $#*! and worst customer service representives I have ever spoken to. She basically blamed me for mistyping my email(which yes that's my fault) but why weren't the other two representives able to see that. I asked why the two others said what they said and she said she didn't know and she can't speak for them. She never once apologize to me on behalf of the company and mistakes by the other representives that were made. She was so rude and disrespectful and then she hung up on me while I was still speaking. Every representive I had spoken to were so disrespectful and all told me different reasons why I did not get my tickets. They are ill trained because that customer service was awful.

Good game but you sold nearly three times the initial cost (price listed on the ticket)
Bought $657 worth of tickets to AC/DC and the show was canceled " they say postponed!" I called ticketnetwork customer service to get a refund and was told no! Think twice before you buy tickets from ticketnetwork, buy your tickets from Ticketmaster because they take care of their customers and give refunds on canceled or postponed shows!
We went to Monster Jam this past weekend and the seats were amazing. The show was great and I will definitely keep using this site for great seats for a great price.

I never received my tickets. Paid $645 for 4 tickets that never arrived. Was told, when I called to inquire on day of play, they'd be at Will Call. They were not! I obviously didn't get to see the play and have been scammed out of $645!
I have complained to my credit card company.

When I discovered the actual location of my seat, I couldn't see the event. I was located not only in the nose-bleed section, I got to comparing ticket prices with those around me, I soon discovered that I had over-paid by nearly triple the others about me. I will never purchase another ticket from you and will likely never attend another PBR event if they allow scammer and gougers to do this to their fans

The show was great. The on stage screen gave the show something that Riverdance and Lord of the Dance did'nt have. Michael still has the moves and showmanship that made him famous..

I was not able to go to the concert. NI have been in bed for 6 days with it. I was told not to go anywhere. Nor could I have gone. I'm sick about what I paid for the Tickets. Ahhhhhh
There were 11 of us going on March *******@2PM. In November when I booked via phone call, I asked for seats in back-to-back rows, so the 11 of us would be in a small family block. I was told by the representative that this would happen. When the tickets came through, we were in seats 1-6 of one row and 17-21 in the next row back. This was not even in the same section; I believe it was beyond the next wall of seats. When my tickets arrived via email, I questioned this, but I was given an apology and told there were no tickets together.
The show was good except the tickets were not representative of orchestra seating. My wife was very disappointed with the seats.
