We opened our ticket packet the day before event and found the ticket value $17.00 posted right on each ticket. We paid $420.00 for 6 tickets making therm $70.00 each.
We were heart sick. This is FRAUD and theft. We are turning this over to our MasterCard fraud department and they are looking into it. We also are researching two other venues of fraud research into yours and Ralphs ticket company We understand there is a marketing fee and a profit to be made on tickets, but not to this extent of FRAUD. Joe Ducey on channel 15 will help us and so will a private CID that we know. If you and Ralph would like to make this right before we turn this over to other investigations, we would appreciate a $200.00 refund to our MASTERCARD and all will be dropped. This still make it $37.00 per ticket and that is more than double face value.

I am deaf that I invite to my deaf friend Jason is birthday and other deaf friend Deanna are so exciting to see at Warriors Game there. They are so happy and look around in foods and shopping more etc. Jason hugged me he say thank u for birthday gift ticket and we had good time and watching basketball game and we had fun and chatted enjoy two thumb up!

We were able to find the tickets we wanted at a reasonable price. We had a great time at the show, only bad experience we had was the security at this venue told us "No flash photography" so I couldn't document my experience (that was not ypur fault) Other wise everything went as planned. This is the second time we've purchased tickets from this site and we will come back again. Always an easy and pleasant experience. Thank you!

Unfortunately, because of illness... I was not able to make the trip to Phoenix. Therefore, my ticket was unused. A lot of money was wasted. I think that $22.50 is an outrageous amount of money to charge for handling... and $15 is outrageous for mailing.
It was a very nice evening. The performance was excellent, and the story interesting. Not one I knew. As far as TicketNetwork went, everything went very smoothly. My tickets arrived a couple of months before the performance and were exactly what I ordered.

PAID $150.00 FOR TICKETS TO ELTON JOHN CONCERT, THAT WE WERE TOLD BY MANAGEMENT AT GERMAIN, WERE $49.00 TICKETS, WE FACED BACK STAGE, WITH A BARRIER PUT UP FOR LIGHTS, COULD NOT SEE ANYTHING. WE WERE NO TOLD IT WAS AN OBSTRUCTED VIEWL. REPORTING THIS TO MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

I purchased my tickets for March 2016 in October 2015. I'm an avid theatre discount searcher and after looking at every possible ticket selling site for Hamilton, TicketNetwork had the best deal and lowest fees. About a month prior, I became nervous that I had purchased fraudulent tickets. The theater refused to help me, TicketMaster was able to confirm that the order number existed and TicketNetwork reassured me that the tickets were 200% guaranteed and told me to call if there were any issues. While I waited to get in the theater, I was definitely nervous and was able to breathe once the tickets were scanned, and I will never doubt them again! And of course, Hamilton was the best thing I've ever seen hands down.

While the actual concert was amazing, fantastic and all I could have hoped for - I have to admit to being pretty disgusted with the ticket agent. I don't buy tickets online very often, so I guess you won't care much about my opinion, but you need to know - if it was a better experience, I'd do it more often to enjoy the kind of concert Johnny put on.
I was particularly disgusted that though Johnny is a Canadian, and I live in Canada, and the concert was IN Canada - you charged me for my tickets in US funds. WHAT THE HELL? Not only that, a lady sitting behind us told us that when she bought her tickets online she was mailed a CD of Johnny along with her tickets. I got ziltch. In fact, I had to pay for my own paper and ink to print out my tickets. You guys are hosing people, in my opinion.
I will never use your ticket agent services again. Period.

Concert was great! Pay to park i think should b illegal then have to pay for the shuttle is crazy. We pay enough for tickets. The show was great drinks & food prices are ridicoulous

I was told I would have my tickets on March 3rd or before. So I checked everyday to see if they were there. So when March 3rd came the tickets were not there so I called March 4th in the morning and told them I still hadn't received my tickets. I was told that I would have them by the end of the day. The tickets were still not there. I was getting worried because the event was on March 7th. So I called March 5th and that customer service rep looked and said that because the event the tickets would be there at 6:30 because the event started at 6:30. I woke up March 6th checked my email and the tickets were there. I didn't like the fact that I didn't get the tickets on March 3rd. Had I been told the first day that the tickets would be down loaded 24 hours before the event I wouldn't have had to worry those three days. The seats were good and we had fun it's just the fact I thought we would miss it because we were told a different day for delivery. My email said that there could be a chance that the tickets might be late. I feel they should have told me my tickets would be delivered on March 6th and not March 3rd I wouldn't have had to worry those 3 days.
Everything was good. Ticket surcharges were high. And $15 for delivering the tickets via Fed Ex? Come on! That's a. Bit much don't you think?
