The company's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from poor customer service and technical issues. Many customers report difficulties accessing their accounts, long hold times, and inadequate support for ticket-related problems. Concerns about cybersecurity and the inability to transfer or resell tickets exacerbate frustrations. Conversely, some positive feedback highlights an easy-to-navigate website and helpful customer service representatives who resolve issues when contacted. Overall, while the company offers a wide selection of tickets, its customer service and technical reliability require substantial improvement to enhance user experience and trust.

Was easy to purchase the tickets for my wife and I. We were so happy that this show was not sold out.
Fast and easy to purchase tickets so satisfying they send me emails of my tickets and payment proof of everything
No problems, it was eazy to get tickets... i always get my tickets frome TM. I Love the service, great job
Easy and fast purchase, i recived my order electronically and just a few steps and i got it. Hope it goes as smooth at the event.
This website made it easy for me to purchase my tickets. I was able to purchase my tickets with no issues.
Horrible, horrible experience all around!
I purchased the tickets with them in February, then the concert has been delayed for a year, so I requested a refund. After three months I haven't seen my money yet, going back and forth with them. Every time I have a new person to contact me and every time they have a new story to tell me.
Never again!
Ticketmaster updated their TOS to give themselves "Covid-19 Protection" AFTER I purchased my tickets. In addition, they continually postpone the events instead of cancelling them, which somehow gives them the ability to hold your funds until whenever they feel like returning them This worldwide crisis is really showing the true colors and initiative of the corporate leadership for this company and its absolutely terrible. $500 I can't access when I don't have a job and thousands of other people that have unfortunately decided to use their services are forced into the same situation as myself. What scumbags. Never buying tickets from them again.
Sad they won't refund money
Rather postpone til 2021 who's to say my kid will even still be into JoJo Siwa it's not right and unfair to keep our money
Sad and not the correct way to do business
Due to covid 19 my concert was postponed. It's been 3 months and no change ir date set. To make matters worse, they wont refund my money or let me sell the tickets I bought. I tried talking to customer service but they are acting as though they dont handle refunds. They said they have to wait until the event reschedules the event to do anything and that their hands are tied. So I got $#*! out of $191. It's been 3 months, its july already. If they were going to reschedule the concert for 2020, theyd have done it by now. Will NEVER do business with them again.
Do not buy tickets thru Ticketmaster. The customer service is terrible. The Worst. They take zero responsibility for the sale of the tickets. They speak to you rudely and with little or no respect They state they are the middle man and do not own the tickets. But yet they take your money and then wait as long as they can to refund you. They LIE and deny responsibility. I've been waiting months for my refund and still have not received it back. Oh yeah it's over $2000. I will buy directly from an event in the future I will NEVER go thru Ticketmaster again for anything.
I bought a ticket in Nov. 2019. It was postponed to Aug. 2020 and now again to Feb. 2021. I no longer live in the state where the concert is to take place. I have asked twice and was told no due to unprecedented circumstance. I could use the refund to put food in stomach or gas in my car in this unprecedented circumstance. I will never by anything from this company again and they don't deserve the one star.
Stadium show scheduled for July was canceled due to pandemic. Ticketmaster will not refund my money. Called 2 different times and waited on hold for 20 minutes each time. Second time I talked to a level 2 rep who proceeded to hang up on me after 5 minutes. Also sent an email to executive and received no response.
Terrible company. Avoid doing business with them.
I have had maybe 6 or 7 experiences buying from, or attempting to buy from, Ticketmaster now. While I'm sure they could be worse, I think for how many artists use them for initial ticket sales, they are disorganized and dishonest. I'm surprised they're even allowed to sell those marked up "platinum" tickets as quickly as they do. A half hour into a sale, tickets that were originally $200 are suddenly $1,200. They used to have a customer service line and an automated phone line you could call to buy tickets, but of course they got rid of those. Buying tickets for highly popular shows is now even more difficult than it already was. Of course, there's always resale, but obviously that markup is going to be insane more often than not. Basically, if you're buying for any show with any sort of demand, you're probably screwed. So good luck!
The Melbourne formula 1 Grand prix was cancelled due to covid-19 Ticketmaster refunded my payment to a closed account. Australian Grand prix corporation has been very unhelpful along with Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster seem to refuse to trace and recall my funds even though I have spoken with my bank over several hours several times and they are categorically stating the funds are not held in their bank and my account was closed months before. All they seem to do is fall back on "you need to contact your bank for the funds" they will not provide an audit trail or any proof of the funds being deposited into my account apart from their payment receipt. They are a very difficult organisation to get past their 1-300 number and all that you get is to talk or communicate with a lowly customer service representative and they continue to try out the same useless line while refusing to help get my over $900 returned to my account. I will also be lodging a formal complaint with Fair Trading and the ACCC.
I am in Western Australia.
Bought tickets direct from Ticket Master and was told repeatedly by staff my refund was automatic within 30 days. After 30 days no refund, so I check status... now staff says hard tickets must be snail mailed to WV. The receipt shows no 3rd party seller. This is stealing!
I purchased tickets to an event back in December for a rap concert. In February they rescheduled the event and then postponed tba due to the coronavirus epidemic. I received multiple emails stating that they would offer refunds for the event if customers wanted it. Once I inquired, they gave me the run around. I was told to contact Allianz since I purchased insurance from them just in case this happened. Allianz told me that they could not do anything and contact Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster of course will not do anything. Allianz emails me again today and informs me that due to the coronavirus epidemic that it is not a good reason for the companies to issue out refunds so either transfer the tickets or resell them to someone else when no one wants to attend the event now. I call Ticketmaster today and the automatic voice tells me to contact chat or email and hangs up. I contact chat for the 3rd time and nothing. They care more about putting money into the CEO's accounts instead of helping customers.
My concert was canceled and moved many months away (6). The original concert was on a Saturday night March 14. Now this rescheduled one is on a Thursday night September 10. We are from out of town and came down to see it and you never texted or called or emailed before it was supposed to happen to tell us that it is canceled. We will not be able to drive back down in September 6 months from when the concert is supposed to take place and in the middle of a work week on a Thursday. Please refund me all my money and fees. Thanks And if you say I need to resale my tickets then I totally lose the cost of the extra fee you always add on which equaled 71.25$. That's a lot of money to lose. And then if I did sell them you would charge the new buy the same amount and you would be double dipping on the fees which I would think should or would be illegal. So please just credit me back my whole purchase cost and fees and then you can sell your tickets. I have also called over 25 times and spent numerous hours on hold just to be hung up on before talking to anyone. I have emailed over 5 times with no response. I understand what is going on and your are busy but this is a business and you need to take care of your customers. Please refund my money. I would not recommend Ticketmaster to anyone and I will not be buying tickets from them again because they do not stand behind their product or company
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
Answer: No, mine was a price jump
