The company's reputation is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily stemming from poor customer service and technical issues. Many customers report difficulties accessing their accounts, long hold times, and inadequate support for ticket-related problems. Concerns about cybersecurity and the inability to transfer or resell tickets exacerbate frustrations. Conversely, some positive feedback highlights an easy-to-navigate website and helpful customer service representatives who resolve issues when contacted. Overall, while the company offers a wide selection of tickets, its customer service and technical reliability require substantial improvement to enhance user experience and trust.

Could not reach a person. Had to email. No response from them for days. Desperate to get at least some of the money back I put my tickets back for sale. Immediately got an email stating no refund I had sn error on my ticket issue date. Could not reach a person but had to email. No response to my email in days. Desperate to get some money back I put my tickets on resale which is their only option. Immediately got an email from them stating no refund could be issued since now is put the tickets up for sale. ReSale is the only option for customer service which I wouldn't call service but screwing the company gives you then screws you for your desperation to try to get some money back of the insane amount you spent. Never again
On 9/27/2021 I bought tickets for Eva Ayllon for West Palm Beach (about 100 miles away), however, Ticketmaster confirmed the tickets for a location in New York which is 1,200 miles away. The ONLY possibility to get in touch with them was an email address I found. So within 10 minutes of ordering, I responded by email. The next day, I received an email back that said they take care of it. Then another day later, they said that they are Ticketmaster Australia. In a chat with them, I asked them for help. They could not see an option for me to get in touch with them, so they responded that they will contact them and take care of it. When Ticketmaster USA drew more than $300 from my account, I contacted my Credit Card provider who said that they opened a case. Now, about 3 months later, the CC company denied the claim.
I waited in the waiting room, waited in the queue, only for the site to crash when it was my turn. I was able to get back on eventually, but it made me wait again, then, it said it couldn't complete my purchase from my device. I was signed in and everything was legit. I wasted hours of my day and still can't buy tickets.
I purchased a parking pass through TM that was adjacent to arena. When I got there I was told the parking was moved another three blocks away. Common practice per TM. I cannot walk that far as I am a cancer patient. I disputed charge and they blocked me from using my credit card to purchase future tickets. Just another deceptive business.
DO NOT trust or use Allianz Global Insurance or Ticketmaster. I've used this company several times before and have had bad experiences at least half of the time. The most recent being the last straw. I purchased tickets to see a band in Texas along with the "protected" insurance. The concert was rescheduled so due to that and other circumstances I wouldn't be able to go so I contacted both Allianz and Ticketmaster. I had to send them my information 5+ times and every time they said it wasnt enough info ( it definitely was more than sufficient). After I voiced some annoyance at this issue, I was promptly blocked. I even tried emailing them from my husband's account. This has all been way too stressful and unnecessary. I will NEVER use them again. If you value your hard earned money and don't appreciate being lied to or run arounds then I suggest you take your business elsewhere.
So I purchased 4 tix for an Eagles concert on 10/12/21. Health requirements changed, and per info sent by Ticketmaster, I chose to elect for a full refund (and applied for this within the required window). It has been two months, and I still have not received the refund of over $500, and after numerous emails to ticketmaster, all I get is a robo emai response, and none of their phone lines/options yields a real person. It just directs you to email them. Seriously looking into taking them to small claims court. I'm a retired teacher and have plenty of time and experience.
Due to the event canceled, I've been trying for months to get a refund for tickets worth € 250. I have sent about 20 emails without being able to get what I want. In any way you try to get ticketmaster's attention, I am told that I have to fill in the appropriate form. By filling out the form, I am not given an answer. DO NOT buy from here, especially in a period of COVID when events are often canceled.
I purchased $400 worth of tickets on 06/05/21 for an event scheduled 04/16/22. It was not until after Ticketmaster collected the money for my MOBILE tickets, which do not require printing, mailing, etc., that I got a notice that my mobile tickets would not be available in my account for more than 10 months - just a few days prior to the actual event. This is clearly intended so that any resales basically have to go through their own reselling site, so that they get to collect yet more fees for tickets. I purchased tickets, and do not have them. I was not provided warning that I would not actually be given tickets for 10 months, and that if I wanted to resell them it would have to be through their own site, prior to purchase. I would not have purchased them, had I known. This is a mobile ticket, after all... there is no other reason they should not be made immediately available. Ticketmaster has a very, very, very long history of continual immoral, unscrupulous, and illegal business practices, screwing both the performer and the customer at every turn, which is why both performers and customers hate having to deal with them. And this is yet another in that long line of Ticketmaster frauds and scams.
I bought a ticket to Incognito (before Covid). Then, covid struck. After waiting for (I can't tell you how long). I closed my Walmart card account. Ticket Master (nor the vendor) offered other alternatives for a refund. They lied and said that it was refunded back to the original card. Walmart Corp stated, "No way! Funds CANNOT be refunded back to a closed account." Bottom line, I will NEVER buy another ticket from TM. I cannot add proof because someone went into my account, and STOLE my ticket! Organized thieves!
I purchased tickets from Ticketmaster in October 16,2020 for the Chicago which was cancelled. The concert was cancelled and we are now at 13 months and I still have not received a refund. You cannot contact anybody by phone for months now. I did get an email to submit for a refund filled out the request and submitted. The email stated that they would call me by October 29 and the refund would be received in 5-7 days. Still no contact. I have tried to email them but unless you have an open event they do not allow this.
So I cannot call them and I cannot email them. My next step is small claims court and posting on every social media reputation platform available. It is only $1,101.35 dollars. It is more about a company that would adopt these policy of no human contact. You have a company that has 6,678 employees and not one phone number that a human being will pick up. Also no published email to contact anybody. Sounds like they do not deal with the public or care about how you treat us.
My email is *******@allstarautomotive.com
Absolutely terrible experience. Price gougers and their website wouldn't even let me buy tickets, so I downloaded the app, which then kept crashing and insisted the show didn't exist (after I searched it and it showed up + I clicked it). Never buying a ticket through their service and will never recommend it to anyone.
This company is a joke! Over charge for the service of providing tickets, yet doesn't have a user friendly customer service option, won't refund during COVID, and the website is awful! Save money, time, and sanity, buy your ticket direct from the venue!
I have been trying for four days to get through with no luck, no response to email! Never use again
An organization that is never available to take a phone call or even live chat on a web site, is a shaddy organization. It is dissapointing when tickets for a sporting event or concert are only available on ticketmaster, when there is no support behind the company taking my money. If it is humanly possible, do not buy or sell through ticketmaster in the future.
I went on line with Ticketmaster to by tickets to go see The Black Crows in Nashville, filled out info, paid ($100)for them with my credit card and then... It said they are mobile tickets only... and instructed me to download Google Pay on my "Smart phone" then Google Pay wanted a fingerprint or Facial Recondition... What? NO?
All this for two tickets... No@#$&% way!
Plus you can only do one ticket per smartphone and My husband has a flip phone so he couldn't do anything to get his ticket even if he wanted to. Then... I read were all tickets are mobile tickets but it also stated that you can not bring you phone into the concert with you? OK, So how is that gonna work?!? After several Months of emails and phone calls trying to just undo the order, get a refund or credit... concert has came and went... We did not go... Still no reply from TICKETMASTER.
I waited for a long time to get the BTS Permission to Dance Tickets but Ticketmaster sold them all out during the presale when they are supposed to only sell a certain amount each day so general admission also has a chance. I'm so disappointed, now people are reselling them for 5x the price.
I couldn't even make an account! After two hours of waiting and refreshing the verification text was never sent! Not even the phone call option I never received either so I couldn't buy my own tickets! I missed out on an amazing opportunity because I couldn't even make it far enough to the event page! It's infuriating, do better. I wouldn't even use Ticketmaster if it wasn't the only legitimate place to buy authentic tickets. What a let down.
Using ticket master was a frustrating and nerve wracking experience.
Using ticket master was not easy. It was frustrating. I purchased the tickets and was told I had to use my phone and could not print them out but had to use my phone. I was told to download your app. OK... that's fine as long as your app works, which it didn't. Two days before game day I am testing your app, which I did because I don't trust organizations using technology such as yours to deliver on what they promise. Surprise, Surprise the app isn't working! My phone is connected to the internet on all my other apps and uses, but your app says there is no internet connection. What to do? I can't get into the game without my phone showing my tickets (actually four tickets including other family members). So let's contact support! Certainly they can help us. Right. No phone support. Sent an email explaining the problem. It is now three days after the event and I still haven't received an email back from their "support team".
Using Ticketmaster was a frustrating and nerve wracking experience and I will avoid it at all costs in the future!
Hello,
My wife and I purchased tickets to Maroon 5 in OKC earlier in the year. Maroon 5 canceled the show and we were issued a credit. We then applied that credit to Pearl Jam tickets which was then also canceled. After the second cancelation, we requested our refund and were told that they had no record of us having acquired Pearl Jam even though we have all the email correspondence stating otherwise. Now, we cannot get in touch with anyone at Ticketmaster. There is no email or phone number on their site. I did a Google search to find a phone number and it is just an automated recording referring me back to the useless website. I have never seen a company that puts so much effort into eluding their patrons and clearly avoiding any conversations concerning refunds. We have been battling this for approximately 5 months + and are out around $800. Our order number is #******* if anyone reading this can help.
Purchased and paid for NASCAR tickets. Did not know what "GO MOBILE" ment in the ticket delivery section. I could not access my PAID FOR tickets on my phone. Requested will call at track, NO. Requested refund, NO. Requested to re-sell tickets, NO. 5 emails to Fan services got 5 robo answers. Use caution with this company.
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
Answer: No, mine was a price jump
