So the reason why I will never use ticket masters I purchased a ticket via cell phone didn't have glasses so I don't notice ticket was the wrong concert notice as soon as I submitted payment and I couldn't get a refund are a ticket transfer when I purchased the correct ticket from ticket master after paying double after taxes for a wrong concert ticket that's just down right mean n evil
Accidentally, my friends and I purchased tickets for the wrong date and have been trying to contact ticketmaster to refund them. They will not pick up the phone or respond to our emails accordingly. This is embarrassing for a company of this magnitude. Do better.

Ticket master is straight trash. Paid for tickets on 21 November 2021 and when I got to the show they had disappeared out of my Ticketmaster account. Paid more at the door to get in, and was essentially charged 2x. No customer service, phone call actually hangs up on you and they say they answer emails within 24-48 hours. Lie detector test determines that is a lie. Go to any other vendor for tickets, trust me you don't want this debacle. They suck.
Terrible trying to buy tickets through Ticketmaster platform.
Their systems are not compliant with the phenominal layers of seciruty that credit card compies require to put you through. Spend minutes going through all the procedures to be told "transaction declined"
Have been told, quite categorically, its not the card operator and you cannot soeak to anyone at Ticketmaster……oh, except on a premium rate number, no email or customer service.
Then to add insult to injury, you get your 3rd/4th choice (cos you keep having to find new seats), and Ticketmaster charge £7.50 a ticket service charge.
So paid £37.50 for 5 tickets in NOT my preferred seats and spent a very frustrating 35 minutes for the privilege……. Very unimpressed
I bought tickets to an out of town hockey game and the date was changed. Ticketmaster would not refund my money or allow me to resell the tickets. The should change their name to Thiefmaster
There should be a negative rating for this company because 1 star is too good for them. I purchased tickets for an event 5 weeks before the event. I paid extra for priority delivery. Now the day before the event my ticket delivery confirmation still says "pending". I have emailed customer service 9 times. You get an auto confirmation email telling you to go to the website and read their FAQ section. If you cant find what you need there then reply to that email for help. When you reply to that email, you never get a response. There is not a phone number on the website so I googled it and found 3 numbers. If you call any of those numbers you get an automated computer generated answering service that tells you go to the website and read the FAQS and then it hangs up on you. Never again will I use this joke of a company.
If it was possible I'd give them 0 stars. Sold my tickets a month ago at a loss and they still haven't paid my money. $350.00 and they keep giving excuses, unbelievable
They had no problem taking my money but they're unable to refund after they sold my tickets for me because I'm not smart enough to jump through all their hoops. Don't do business with these people.
I purchased a meet and greet ticket for the Yung Gravy concert in December of 2021 for my teenager's birthday. I did not receive any information on the time of the meet and greet. When I went to the event page it said that "doors open at 8, and concert starts at 9." I tried calling Ticketmaster customer service line, and it was not possible to speak to a representative. I called the Observatory (the venue) and it was not possible to speak to a representative there either. I left a message with my phone number asking what time the meet and greet was. I requested a return call. I never heard back from them. I went to the Yung gravy concert page and saw a comment from a month ago. A guy said that Gravy was "tired during the meet and greet from the concert." So I assumed that the meet and greet would take place after the concert. When we arrived at the concert and showed our tickets we were told that we missed the meet and greet, which was at 6pm, and there was nothing they could do. I was left with a very disappointed teenager. Yung Gravy brought his mother onstage for her birthday, and said she had flown in for the concert. So it seems that created a change in the meet and greet time. Ticket holders were not notified of the original time or final meet and greet time. Ticketmaster refuses to refund my ticket for the meet and greet. The venue has a legal responsibility to notify ticket holders of the times of events to which they sell tickets, and any changes thereto. Nothing in the vendor's contractual terms absolves them of responsibility for providing adequate notice of show times and changes to those times.
Buyer BEWARE It may be a legitimate site, but the website address closely resembles that of Ticketmaster. Purchased 2 tickets for the MusicMan and the service fee was the same price as the seats@ telecharge. Why would anyone use this site charging for a non service. There is no cancellation or refunds. Please be careful and DO NOT purchase from this site. Sophistry is the tactic they use when promoting their site. I could not enjoy the show knowing that ticketfaster overcharged for (no reason) the mediocre ticket I purchased. Remember, Ticketfaster is NOT TicketMaster
Paid $300 to go to event. Event was rescheduled, Ticketmaster offered Refund, I clicked to Request Refund. No Refund, Refuses to Refund My Money But they VOIDED my Tickets. Will Not Respond to E-Mails. When I call phone # I am told to send an E-Mail.
We purchased tickets to a Warriors game and Ticketmaster sent them to the wrong account. We emailed them repeatedly (the phone number will not connect you with anyone and you cannot leave a message). They took days to respond and have not corrected the problem. Game is tonight, no tickets, can't go. Guess we will have to go through small claims court. They have refused a refund and have not given us our tickets. Do not use this company!
Ticket Master employees are well versed in their scheme of double-ticket purchases, with the "inference" of a refund, if the new purchase is equal to or of greater value. After numerous attempts to contact customer service (no calls allowed, only emails) about replacing previously purchased tickets and after receiving vague, confusing emails confirming my purchase was in fact eligible for a refund, so as the new purchase was equal to or greater in value, they've NOW made every attempt to disqualify my previous purchase with inconsistencies, alterations of their own policies and down-right denial. Even after they encouraged me to resale the original purchase, I've received a notice this option is not even available.
What a joke. What a scam. Did not attempt to get a full refund, only wanted to exchange dates for the same, on-going event just a week later, due to a private family conflict, and they've turned this experience (meant as a celebration) completely into one of the most unpleasant experiences, ever.
If you are thinking about buying Ticket Master products…. STOP. Use another vendor, if applicable, with a live customer service option and clear, concise refund/exchange policies, so you don't end up with 2 sets of tickets, 2 weekends in a role, with no other options, except a possible small s claims action.
Sold me tickets for Cotton bowl. Paid them Almost $1000. They never delivered the tickets. After multiple emails and many phone calls, their "customer service" reps kept putting me on hold, then telling me that "All resale ticket sales are final". They refused to refund my money, refused to provide tickets of any kind. Had to buy tickets from another source at the very last minute. The Game was on the Dec 31'st, now it is Jan 3rd. I guess their definition of a sale is that they have your money, and they decide at their sole discretion if they feel like providing them. I've done business with them for decades, but never again.
BBB complaint has been filed. Charge has been disputed. Further legal action is being considered.

I have two tickets for a show coming up in 4 days. My wife had a accident and broke her hip. I called to get a refund. Ticket master would not give me a refund. I asked if I could transfer or sell the tickets. The woman at Ticket Master did not know. I asked if I could talk to someone who might know. The woman at Ticket Master hung up on me and left me hanging. With this type of customer service I can not recommend this company to anyone.
Terrible! Never buying from them again! First of all, my husband and I both got COVID so when I tried to call them and explain the situation, they don't even have an option to speak to anyone- only email. On top of that, they made me think if I purchased Allianz insurance with my tickets, I would be covered in case of this very reason- WHAT A SCAM! They wouldn't accept the same credit card I purchased the tickets with and only wanted my routing #?!?! Crap service!
I purchased 2 tickets on line for a concert and while the purchase was going thru something went wrong and the site was spinning and spinning and when the purchase went thru the 2 seats were not even the seats I had clicked on and seats we're not even together. I had to quickly get back on and buy a ticket that was next to one of the others so I could sit with my wife. Ticketmaster used to have great customer service and now you cannot speak with anyone it's only thru on line chat customer service. I ended up posting the spare ticket for sale and then the concert was cancelled. I have requested a refund for the tickets and I received a refund for one but still have not received the money for the ticket that I sold. I've reached out thru chat at least 10 times and always get a generic answer. I will never purchase from Ticketmaster ever again!
Bought tickets from site and nightmare began. Calls to various listed numbers ended with taped message that was useless as message simply sent you to another unmanned number. Finally tried email to reset online password which required a code they were to email me. No reply for 12 hours and even then, the number they sent didn't work. So, I have no idea what the status of my order is and apparently, have no way of finding out. Will never use or recommend this service again.

On Oct. 19,2021 I ordered, on line 6 tickets for the Ram-Seahawk game. This was a Christmas gift for my family and they have been VERY excited about it.
I tried to print or download the tickets on my phone. I couldn't get my tickets because Ticketmaster has no record of my name, email, phone number, NOTHING! But they charged my card for the $1,237.99. How could they charge my card without my info? They couldn't! There is only a phone number for Ticketmaster that will NOT let you speak to a human, nor can you leave a message. It only states that you can go to their website for help.
Guess what? I went to the help site and you can't email them unless you have your ticket numbers. What is more insane than this?!
Do they think I'm just going to forget this? Not only do they have my $1,238.00, but these people have destroyed my families Christmas, my Christmas and I have no other gifts to give them.
Answer: I had this exact same problem and after multiple attempts to contact TicketMaster customer service still haven't been able to get this issue resolved. Have been getting the runaround from TM "Fan Support" via Twitter for a week and a half now (PS - Twitter was the only avenue for contacting TM customer service where I actually got a response from someone - had also tried their toll free Cust Svc phone number and got a recording saying that phone number isn't being monitored; also tried emailing their Cust Svc email account and got auto-reply saying that isn't being monitored either and directing me to their Cust Svc FAQs which say that in order to reach Cust Svc, you need to log into your account - but of course I was blocked from being able to do that because they think I'm a bot). Good luck with this - hope you can get a response from them. I still haven't been able to get any resolution of this same issue with my TM account. Once I get this resolved, I'll never do business with them again!
