Overall I had a smooth ordering process. I did have some minor hiccups with shipping due to the size of my items and being shipped via freight (no tracking info, limited delivery window), but that was not really Throtl's issue. Despite the minor issues with shipping I still received my oversized parts in a timely manor and in perfect condition. I do appreciate Throtl sending regular order updates and following up to make sure my order was delivered.
