I ordered my items over the weekend. On Monday when I check my order one item was to arrive within a week but the other item was to arrive in September which is a month and a half away from my order date. I contacted customer support on Monday and was told that I would not be notified of a revised shipping date until Friday. I couldn't wait that long, so on Tuesday I contacted customer support and requested order cancellation. On Wednesday I was notified by UPS that my items would be both arriving on Thursday! Looking at UPS's tracking history it appeared that the items had actually been prepared for shipment starting on Tuesday. Nothing was communicated to me when I contacted customer support on Tuesday about any potential for receiving the items within the week. I did receive the items on Thursday however I had already made the decision to go a different direction based on the information that was available on Tuesday. When I contacted customer support to return the items it took nearly an hour to complete the process because despite receiving an email telling me that I could return the items without any cost to me, there was no option online to do that myself without incurring a charge. All of this could have been avoided if customer support had provided me with correct information on Monday or Tuesday. I don't plan to shop your store in the future based on this experience alone even though your prices are better than what I wound up doing in the end. This was a lost sale in a poor customer experience due to inadequate information.
