Thrive Market is amazing from its customer service, products, packaging, etc. It's one of the best stores ever! I have food allergies and try to be health conscience and this store has a wide variety of options at reasonable prices. I'm also trying to be more environmental friendly and again there is a wide variety of items to choose from. I have had very minor problems and their customer service is impeccable. I also get a quick response and they always fix the problem! I always get my money's worth and then some out of the membership. I can't brag on this brand and company either. I would be so lost without them!
It's nice to be able to do very little research for clean food. We really love there selection of organic meats and clean keto foods. Great snack selection too.

I loved that you could filter for your preferences. I'm vegan, and that helped me a lot. I found that the majority of the things on thrive I could find at my local stores and I'm not too busy to just go shopping, so... I don't want to pay to buy stuff that I could be buying without paying...

Great customer service. Website easy to use. When I had a problems with my order they refunded me my money along with additional money to use in my future order. Products are well packaged and arrive in a timely matter. Selection for dairy free and gluten free is good. I love the free sample incentives but recently the samples are not suitable for older customers so I do not make any selections. I recommend Thrive Market.

I had a great customer service experience with their chatting feature after their website made a mistake and put me down for the yearly membership instead of the monthly one. They fixed it for me, and also cancelled my auto-ship as I asked them to. Their phone website leaves better things to be desired, especially if it makes mistakes. Time will tell about the quality of the supplements, but I read that they are very good! So phone website only problem, but at least it let me know what it did, so that was good!

I have been happy with every product but the shipping is quite lacking. I don't know if this is a Thrive issue or a Fedex issue, but shipping takes so long and then I've had it delayed multiple times. I know I should just order sooner, but I'm always surprised at how long it takes. I was expecting a delivery today (order placed over a week ago), and checked online to find that it won't be here until Monday :(

I love the quality and variety of TMs food. Recommend the Mushroom Jerky. It will shake your world. I would never say I am a vegan or vegetarian yet this is by far the best snack food I have found. Plus I am over 60 years old and have never been a health nut.

I like ThriveMarket very much, to be able to find and discover healthy products and at lower prices. However, you have to buy a certain amount to get free shipping. And Thrive Market is often out of the items I'd like to buy, so it makes it more difficult.

I ordered the "TM build your own meat & seafood box". The contents of my order came to us in two days still frozen in the packaging.
So far we have tried the cod and baby back ribs, this is what my review is on.
We received 4 small pieces of cod individually wrapped. I took out two pieces of cod and defrosted them in the fridge to cook the next day. Upon opening the cod the following day I detected a faint fish odor. We live near the Gulf of Mexico and fresh fish never has an odor even after freezing. Most fish is frozen before it goes to the market.
I proceeded to cook the cod by pan searing it in gee with salt and pepper for 3 minutes on the skin side and 1 to 2 minutes on the other. The cod was not overcooked but had little flavor and a rubbery texture to the meat not flaky at all. My husband was not impressed.
The 2 baby back ribs were packaged 4 bones to a package. The serving size seemed small to me as other reviewers have mentioned. I cooked the ribs in the oven on 300 degrees for about an hour. They were tender just not a lot of meat on each of the bones. I probably won't be ordering either of these items again.

Had a couple broken cans in an order and they immediately gave me credit. Been using them now for 6 months and I am very happy with products and service.

I love that the products are categorized by meal plan, it makes it so easy to shop.
The only complaint I have is that the chat page is not designed well. Your text is always below the typing line and letters don't show so you are guessing what you are texting. The only way to know and to be able to send it is by pressing the enter or return key a few times so the text comes up and the key to send too. Please fix this!

Two times I've ordered from thrive market. First order was delivered two days later than expected. Second order was "never received" by the delivery company and 5 days later I contacted Thrive via chat on their app. They had no idea how this happened and tried to give me a gift card for the $130 order for a future purchase. I called the customer service line (had to ask for the number twice) and got a speedy resolution. Overall, they have great products and good prices. But the delays in delivery aren't convenient for me. I'll keep going to my local stores.

Thrive carries what I need, has a "house brand" that is every bit as good as the standard ones, and saves me a 100-mile round trip into Albany NY to the nearest Whole Foods (who are more expensive than Thrive anyway)! So glad to have Thrive Market in my virtual back yard. (Note -- the picture is only the TOP of my order, which consisted of 40 different items.)

I've ordered through Thrive Market for a couple of years and generally am super pleased with the food selections. And I love the free sample incentives - I've found foods I liked but didn't want to invest in trying. The prices are competitive. All the products seem to be well-packaged and I like that there is less plastic. I'd really love it if it didn't take sometimes 10 days to get an order.
I'm unhappy that with the last couple of orders I'm uncertain if my order will show up at the post office (which I rarely go to) or my home. That's very frustrating. And I don't like the new website format that has an option for ordering lift up from the bottom while I'm trying to view a product. I liked the old format. The new one lessens the visibility of the products. It increasingly is becoming one of the worst websites to navigate.
I continue to love that Thrive Market makes it a point to give back to communities.

Thrive market has such a wide variety of products in every genre of dietary needs. I'm grateful I can go to one website for all I need. Their prices on laundry detergent can't be beat other places as I always compare.

I have been ordering from Thrive Market for years. It has almost I need at a great price. Ordering is easy and delivery to your doorstep is a great plus! Thrive brand products are very good quality so I have switched over to Thrive for alot of what I use. Over the years I have received a couple of packages where products where damaged in shipment but Thrive customer service has always responded quickly and resolved to my satisfaction.
