I love this site overall for the convenience and customer service. However, a packing and handling quality control problem that began during the shutdown has yet to be fully resolved and about every other shipment, I received boxes and or cans that are dented. They are probably suffering from the same understaffed issues as other business. To their credit, they do a good job of remedying the issue with store credits and refunds. Once I ordered a meat bundle that had one damaged packet of ground turkey, rather than refunding me the $5 for just the turkey, they provided a full refund for the entire order.
I especially like the categories by diet which help to find the right things for me. This is my 3rd order and I'm hooked!
I have been a member of Thrive for several years and I have always been happy with them. What stands out to me is the high level of customer service and caring (even during this pandemic!) AND the integrity that is so apparent in everything this company does. I am thrilled to see Thrive thriving - even among such large competitors - and they are the only choice for me for online grocery shopping. I like to put my money behind companies I value and Thrive certainly sits at the top of my list!

My Nutritionist told me about Thrive Market and I am a fan. I can find the healthy products that are not in regular super markets and having your order delivered to your door is fantastic. During the COVID pandemic I did not have to wait on line. The only draw back it that for a few items you must buy a set quantity when you only need 1 or 2 but I will find use for the extra. I am suppose to practice a sugar and soy free diet for better health and the products I have used such as the steak and teriyaki sauces by Primal Kitchen are quite tasty. At first I was skeptical, because sugar free products are usually horrible tasting but not these two. I am quite pleased with the taste of both. I also like the fact that you get a reduced price on several products.

We have switched our diet over to a low sugar/sodium based diet and Thrive Market has a great variety of products which meet this need. We have purchased the no carb noodles, no sugar barbecue sauces and salad dressings, along with the non dairy mayonnaise spreads. Would highly recommend giving their products a try!

I was super excited to join Thrive, but was soon disappointed by the prices and the unavailable items on my grocery list. I can't say I would recommend it.

Being I am social isolating now I order everything online. Found this site and have been ordering from them since. Good prices quality is excellent and always new things to try. Also alot of reviews to look at. I would recommend them. Good customer service gets right back to you.

I love being able to find healthy foods without leaving my house. During Covid 19 shutdowns, it is such a lifesaver! The only thing I would change is more vegan options.

I have been using Thrive Market for the past 3-4 months, and I have had an amazing experienced overall. The products are of great quality and definitely save me a lot of time. I live quite far from stores that have high quality products, so this website has saved me a lot of time, especially because I am a grad student.

Terrible time trying to order. Three days trying to put in new passwords.
Today I got on - - I ordered about $200 worth of products and at the end it charged my Amex account but then at the end it said "Error try again"... what does that mean? Did my order go thru or not?
Ugh! Something is VERY WRONG!

Your pictures are very small. Sale item pictures are covered up. Makes it hard to know what's there! We'll see if I like these first time ordered products.

Prices are good and ordering is easy. Just wish they had a larger selection of vegan sub's. Am on McDougall diet. Only one vegan egg choice. I want stuff that Walmart does not carry or Broulims. Kroger has downsized it's vegan section. Thrive step up and fill my needs and you will get my business. Otherwise it's pretty good. I just joined up and put in an order.

This is my go to place for supplements and health care products that are out of the ordinary! I don't have to drive all over town going to 4 stores to finally not find what I am looking for. I find it here! Love Thrive and am happy to be a customer! And I do check prices in stores for items and I find them less expensive here! Quality is tops! Service is tops! Shipping/packaging is amazing! Excellent place to shop!

I just placed my third order with Thrive since joining only a month ago and so far I've been happy with the prices and the products. My nearest Trader Joe's and Whole Foods is more than 2 hours away, and when I traveled more and was in that part of the state, I used to stock up on items that I can't get in stores closer to me. In the past several months, I haven't gone far from home and I've missed having some products, or I have to pay a lot more for them if they are available locally. Thrive has made quarantine times a little easier and has added back some normalcy to my diet choices without destroying my budget. I'll have to be careful though, about the tempting sales and free gift offers that are sent often.

I just made an order and the experience was easy which I liked and appreciate! Sometimes it is so difficult I just quit and don't buy. I like the discounts but I have to admit I probably can't afford the regular priceswe will see.
