Had purchased a Vera Bradley bag new with the tags from threadup. Bag was too small so when I sent in my first polka dot bag I put it in. To my amazement it was not accepted. Purchased it from them, never used it, sent it back and they wouldn't take it... really... Something is definitely wrong with that.
I have to say that at least half of my clothes have come from ThredUp! They have a great selection and each piece of clothing has such a detailed description you can practically feel the clothing. I'm always shopping in the app on my phone which notifies you of coupons almost everyday!
I would recommend ThredUp to everyone and I'm on my way! My only wish is that they had men's clothing. My best friend and shopping buddy is a man and when I told him about ThredUp, before realizing is was only women and children clothes, he was very sad he couldn't shop there. But for me, it's my favorite and I have gotten many a friend hooked!
I am still waiting to see what my bags of goodies are worth. Then I will try the next step of shopping
I was provided great service, one of the shirts I received had a small hole. I notified support department, response was very quick and I received credit back for the shirt

The clothes were awesome and so are the prices. But the customer service when I couldn't get me 40% off to work was awful. I never got the promo I was supposed to.
I love how easy it is to send out clothes. My only wish was that payouts were a little more. I alway send in top end clothes in great condition worth 100's of dollars and could end up only getting $20. It's a bit disappointing.

I have gotten some amazing pieces at super prices---for me and my son! I love the site! Even returns are a breeze. Consigning is also easy, I just wish it didn't take so long to process the bags. I recommend thredUP to everyone--it's a great way to shop!

Overall i was pleased with selection, quality, condition and prices. One item 's condition was worse than described but dress was nice enough to mend.
I placed an order and received the incorrect item. It was my first order with ThredUP so I had used my 40% off code. I contacted the customer service and they apologized (yay!) and offered to wave the return fee and give me a merch credit for the item. Sadly, they wouldn't re-honor the 40% off code for a different item nor are they set up for exchanges. I love the items I received and the quality/condition was great! I'm a little hesitant to order again though and wish they would offer more coupons/discounts besides the $20 if someone else places an order.

I requested a bag and I sent in a few clothing items. I don't know if they have been accepted or not.
I've ordered several boxes of clothes from thred up and have loved almost all of them. My one problem has been a shirt I bought. When I took it out of the box, I found a safety pin was holding together some of the material. This should have been mentioned in the description or in the picture of the item. Despite this, I've really enjoyed the clothes from thred up and plan to shop there again.
I had an issue with the delivery address and thredup responded quickly and were very easy to deal with.
