I just love you guys you not only are helpful but you are kind and caring as well. Most businesses wont offer to mention you or family in their prayers when you tell them you or a family member has cancer. Your so helpful and your site is a great service keeping all those great things out of landfills and responsibly recycling the things your not wanting. I just love you all & tell everyone about you. Which is why I've offer to wrap my car in your polkadot logo for free untill you see if it's helping even then I wouldn''t want back pay but would accept clothing a part of future payments if the advertising works. Monster beverages offered me 300$ a wk to wrap in their logo but don't want to promote the sugary caffinated drinks would rather do it for a company that is fiscally responsible and green too which you all are. Your top notch in my book & I go to you guys before Zulily or any others such as Jane etc. Your site is a one of a kind genius idea. As are your reps partners etc. Don't forget my offer you'd only have to pay to wrap it untill a few months go by & you see if it's helping or not. So I want to do this for you for free until you know if it's making a difference. Your all SUPER! First of all, thredUP has their act together. The website is very organized and user friendly, they have excellent products and great prices. The return policy is fair, fast and efficient. And last, but not least, their Customer Care response is outstanding!
All the brands I already buy and wear and love in one place, all in the sizes I know fit me, and all at great prices. I can't stop looking and buying, have placed five orders in less than a month (I know, I have a problem), and have sent in a full bag of my own clothes and got some $$ back for it, will likely take the store credit option.
I love the clothes I've gotten from ThredUP! They have been high quality, in fantastic condition, come in super cute packaging, and are great prices. My only complaint is the way they've been shipped to me - first via FedEX, then switched to USPS at the end. I get that it's probably cheaper, and I've heard this way they can reach more customers than just using FedEX or UPS without the transfer to the post office, but the shipping is much slower and a pain to track. Otherwise, I love everything else about ThredUP!
I just received my second order and I love my new clothes! Inexpensive, great condition, and it arrives I a gorgeous box wrapped up just like new clothes, which is great because my kids think I've ordered them new clothes:)
Also, it thrills me to be saving the environment and slowing down the "fast fashion" culture!

Some of the items were very faded to the point where I had to throw away and but one of my items was in great condition and the other new with tags so I'm happy and not happy lol
