This was the second time I ordered from ThredUp and both of my experiences have been very good. The packages arrived on time and the contents were in good shape. The only thing I noticed was that a blazer I bought had a little stain on it and I didn't know that, but you can't see it. I highly recommend this site if you want to get rid of some clothes and love online shopping!
I had bought a few times from them and finally decided to sell to them. I sent a huge bag of items in. Over a month later I found out they accepted 4 items and I got about $4 in credit. They don't tell you that they only give you 10% of what they make off your item. Their business model is extremely profitable because of their lack of transparency.
The clothing was just as the picture shows and the quality was exceptional! Very satisfied with the products :)
Everything that I have purchased has fit perfect and looked like new. I did have one problem with the last delivery and it was a pretty pink shirt that is a man's extra large instead of a women's extra large. It just arrived today and I am getting it ready to return. Thank you

I've loved selling my items on ThredUp. Purchasing has been a mixed experience. It is hard to shop online with limited photos, and I've received items that are not what I expected. Since I can only get store credit for returns, it is disappointing to get something I really don't like.
Only 2 out of 9 maternity items actually fit me, it seemed the items I ordered were fairly dated and out of style (was going for large flow-y shirts to cover my growing belly and what I got was too short and ill-fitting). I ordered in my correct size. The return process was easy, but they only issue store credit, or you can pay $9 to have your return refunded via original form of payment. I opted to pay as I will not be buying any other maternity times from thredup - not worth the risk.
Clothes arrived in a lovely package and were exactly as described. I immediately wanted to go back and buy more!
