Clothes were easy to go through, easy to order, easy to return, and customer service was immediately helpful when I did have a problem (not being particularly computer savvy). And every thing comes in a precious polka dot box and wrapped in tissue, LOVE THAT!

I used thredUP for the first time two weeks ago. Ordered myself a shirt and my son two shirts and two pair of shorts-all for under $30! Wow! Great price. But I was worried about the condition of these clothes. At a brick and mortar consignment shop, you can inspect and tell quality. I was concerned that it may be different buying consignment online. I was ecstatic when my cute polka dot box arrived and clothes were like brand new! Have already placed my second order and referred friends!

As a seller, I was very surprised at items not accepted, including never-worn designer children's clothes from Jacadi, Oilily, etc., yet gently worn items from Gymboree, Gap, etc. were accepted. I will never send nice, designer clothes there again and will probably not send clothes there in general. However, I would shop there again.

Love this business concept! And the prices are great! Have had a very positive experience shopping with ThredUp. Had two deliveries so far. Had to return a few items both times. Was because just didn't like the fit, not due to anything wrong with the items. Return is quick and easy and received the refund pretty quickly also. Very happy and will continue to buy from ThredUp!
Even though sandals were correct size, neither pair fit. Very disappointing.
The whole site is dreamy the custumer service is A+++++++ and that there is awesome beans in my books. They have just about anything and everything on their site I just cant get enough

I really enjoy buying items in Thred up. I recommend it. They have good deals.
I had 2 accts, one on my phone and one on my laptop, but the searches didn't match. So when I questioned Thredup, they were going to delete one or I had to merge them. They only allow you to search and purchase items from one facility. They say its to help with shipping times. So even though my daughter lives 15 minutes away, we are linked to different facilities. Doesn't make any sense to me.
