I love second hand clothing and this site is an easy way to find a great selection. The capability to filter results is awesome. I stuck to clearance and therefore non returnable items for my first order. The prices were very reasonable (most items under $5) but only about half of what I ordered fit week enough to keep.
I will continue to use the site but going forward will be more selective with what I order (they tell you the condition of the items) to stick to like new items and those that are returnable unless it's a sure thing or worth there risk of no return.
My only complaint is they only allow 25 items in your cart at a time and don't offer a favorite or save for later option so that you can store your items and then go back to decide what to keep and what to put back.
Buying and selling is so easy. They communicate very well with you about your purchase and your clean out bag. I truly love thredup. The product is top quality.
