I have ordered twice now from ThredUP and am incredibly satisfied. The products are great and the shipping is fast. I love that I don't feel like I'm getting a used product. Love this site!

I know for a fact that the items I sent were in great condition... some with tags on them... and a payout of $29... what a joke!
I paid more than that for the Arizona jeans alone & Thredup has them posted for $18!

Thredup accepted 42 items. That's less than a dollar per item

I thought the price I paid for a used purse was too high. I went ahead and bought the purse, but I am not feeling so good about paying as much as I did.

I have shopped and sold through Thredup and the experience has always be thoughtful and quick with all that they provide. I definitely will continue to sell and buy with them!

They have great selections. I am having hard time finding my size... a medium/large happy medium. It has to do with brand and tailoring for me to find the best size 6-8. Thread up is a great idea!

As I tend to donate items which don't fit when they arrive, I continue to count my blessings. My experience of on-time delivery and excellence in quality goods is still intact. Thank You, your ever-present Customer

Very happy with the arrival time, the presentation of the items and the items themselves.

I just placed my second order through thredup. I have found as many options in children's clothing as shopping online sales through other companies, and the prices are reasonable. The clothes have met and most often exceeded expectation. Orders arrive, neatly packaged, in a timely manner. I would recommend the site/service. We haven't had to return anything so I have no experience to share on this account.

I sent in a kate spade purse brand new, brand new pinkblush maternity pants, Balindino shoes, all of which the company said they donated. When i ordered from thred up in the past, 3 of 4 items were misrepresenting as in fabric or color wasnt what i wanted. They are NOT the best consignment. I will NEVER order another clean out bag to send clothes.

When I received my polka dot box I was so pleased and surprised! Everything was so nicely folded and wrapped in tissue paper - it was like getting a gift from myself to myself. The clothes were wonderful and looked like they'd just been purchased from an expensive boutique. I will definitely by buying from them again - for myself and for others!

I just received 2 dress both marked "large". One fits very well, the other is about 3 sizes too small. It is obviously a small, not even a medium. I realize that they were both marked the same, but a little quality control would have alleviate the need to return one.

Overall, pleased with my purchase. However, did need to return a couple things due to size. Found it difficult to determine the right item number for the return as the items do not have a tag with a number or description.

Love what I bought, and they both seem in good condition! And arrived quickly.

I ordered a pair of jeans and a dress. I was impressed with the packaging-loved the polka dot package and the fact that they were wrapped in tissue paper. The dress fit great, and the dress and jeans were like new! Unfortunately, I had ordered the wrong size in jeans. It was so easy to send them back to get credit for a new pair! You have made a big fan of this customer! Thanks so much!
