I learned about thredup from a magazine article. I liked the fact that it was so easy to get the clothes to thredup but was a little disappointed in the money that I received. A purse that I sent was sold for $87 but the whole amount of money that I received (including 7 items) was only $53.

I decided to give this a try and loved it so much, I have already purchased a second time. I have to admit, the first time buyer discount was the draw but the quality and prices of the items are what made me return.

I bought two groups of things within a few weeks. The delivery was speedy, the packaging was great, the items were exactly as described, and I feel as if I've saved a fortune. I've already started recommending ThredUP to friends!

I enjoy using thredup, but oftentimes am hesitant to buy becuase I can't clearly see/ understand the product from just the picture.

I order an Old Navy tank top. It said large but when I got it it was to small for me and my daughter who is a 2 or 3 in jrs.

I have been pleased with my experience so far. I have enjoyed the clothing i have purchased. Two things- 1. When i make a purchase i get an error message from the site, but then my paypal is processed, so i know it has gone through. I think there must some issue, 2. A like button would be cool. So that you can bookmark items that you like without having to put them in your cart.

Can't beat the deals. My favorite part is seeing how much I save

I have enjoyed shopping online through thread up it is certainly a great way to find the brands I love at the price I am willing to pay!

I ordered a few items to try choosing new with tags or like new. They arrived within 6 days and we're all perfect. Still, I have 14 days to decide if I'll keep them all, and returns are easy and free. Also received my first kit which was easy to fill and mail. Items have to be less than 5 years old. I'd love it if threadUp expanded and started a vintage department too.

I've purchased a couple items from the sale items. I'm very happy with my new purse and colorful raincoat. The ease of navigating makes shopping fun instead of a hassle

I enjoy making purchases from Thred Up and I also recently donated some clothes. After over a month, I finally received an email stating what my credit was based on my donation. I never was able to log in on my phone and figure out how to get the cash sent to me instead of getting store credit. Not a huge deal because I will use (and have used some) the store credit. It just could have been easier to do, in my opinion.

The quality of the ThredsUp clothing and accessories is so unbelievable! The ease of the no hassle shopping online allows you to search what you want, in the size that you need. It arrived clean, pressed and folded neatly in a sturdy box with tissue paper. Impressive!
