I was able to buy some GREAT finds to start off the new year. Everything is in great shape and I got some great bargains (Clark shoes on "garage sale" for. 85 cents!)

I love thred up, this was my second purchase, I got an awesome bargain on a brand name winter coat with the tags still on! And some hats and gloves and two shirts. I frequently check the site to see what is available to see what I can use my credit for.

Shopping via the app was easy and convenient. Received my purchases quickly. Items were exactly as described. Loved the whole experience. Plan to be a regular.

Always very prompt and nice when answering all of my questions/concerns. I have ordered clothing a few times, and it's always very good quality. I wish that sometimes I could order more bags when I'm cleaning out my closets so I wouldn't have to wait to send them off!

The photographer does not understand angle or sizing. Purchased twice with much contemplation only to have something not described accurately. 26 is not the same in size. I purchased jeans listed under plus sizing a 26 and arrived to fit my thigh. Shoes with one and half inch heel was clearly 3 and half. Yes I will return or try but they are a final sale

My experience has been excellent. I have loved everything I have ordered from thredUP and I'm currently putting together my first bag of items to send in. I have ordered from the site twice now!

I have really enjoyed most of the items I have received from Thredup. However, there has been a black pair of flats, size 9 1/2 that showed up to be size 9 navy flats. That was a bummer. I also had a red xxl shirt that showed up and was an xl. I would suggest a little more attention to detail while posting items.

Products fit really well- looked almost brand new! I was reassured that I could mail it back for a store credit if I decided I didn't like it

My items arrived quicker than I expected and the items I ordered were in the condition they were supposed to be. I was very pleased with thredup.com and I intend to shop there again.

Wish the descriptions were more specific and not just copy and paste generic. Bought some jeans that were very altered without knowing.

Getting gently used clothes for a steal is good enough but then you go further to wrap them and tag each one. Thank you for this special place!

The styles and prices are amazing. I have ordered three times so far and was happy with the prompt arrival and the quality each time. An added surprise was how my purchases came so attractively boxed. There is no doubt I will be ordering many times in the future. I do recommend thredUP.
