Thread beast is great the sweat pants and shirts and Binnie are I liked very much even tho I didn't like the hoddie that much I can't lie it is very warm and I'm starting to like it

I have had nothing but good customer service, great quality clothes and some new things I'd normally never wear that looked great on me. They really do take care to make sure you like everything in the box. I get the Baller box (something or another) and for the price and the amount of clothes you get it's ridiculously cheap. I'd spend soooo much more in the stores and not to mention having to go to the mall…gross!

My box came and I was so pump to open it, after I open the box, I was upset from the first thing I took out of the box to the last thing. I received everything I didn't pick. My stylist was completely off. I pick NO underwear, I received that, I pick NO hoodies, and I received that. I received a box of dislike 👎 so disappointed. I have been waiting to see my replacement box for over two weeks now. I pray for a great box but we will see.

My 1st 60$ box i ordered with a promo code for a pair of Jordan's I received my clothes but never received my Jordan's I reported this on the 1st orders review and the 2nd order review... my 3rd oder i upgraded to the baller package and did receive my Jordan's in this box but I still have not received my promo ordered Jordan's and would appreciate you to honour that deal
Other than that small discrepancy which I am sure you will honor over losing a loyal customer to another ( box stylist) and which i will remain a loyal baller member as long as you honor you promos when you give them

My son has received two boxes so far. He is good about going to the website and letting ThreadBeast know what he likes and doesn't like. The first box has 2/3 items he likes. The second box had 3/3. I do wish you could exchange sizes if necessary but I do not feel like you can.
