To be honest, I expected to be impressed with my clothing box. The company's advertising is appealing, which motivated me to sign up. However, my first box of clothing wasn't worth the price. I decided to upgrade, and I'm hopeful that I won't be disappointed this time.

While being new to the world of online shopping. I was surprised when I received my first box. It was awesome and then I went to wash my clothes and one of my shirts that I was looking forward to wearing. Actually busted at the seam. I sent you guys a photo and told you what happened and you made sure to reimburse me by adding something extra in my next months box. Then by month number three I got a jacket that had a sewing needle with thread still attached poke me in my arm. I sent you guys a picture of that and express my concern. You were very apologetic and assured me that it would never happen again and now I'm back. I didn't want to leave because of poor service or anything like that. It was a life situation. You know no work equals no money. After coming back I have received my first box and I was highly pleased with everything I received. The quality of the clothes is great. You guys really do listen to your customers in terms of what brands they like and how they like to look. If anyone is new here I suggest you take the questionnaire very seriously when they ask you. What colors do you want and how do you want to look? Take it very serious because you're stylist is really putting their all into making sure that they build you a decent wardrobe. I've even had a couple situations where I was communicating directly with my stylist or at least I think it was my stylist via email or text message so the company takes their craft very seriously. I'm glad I came back. It's about time I get rid of my old wardrobe and start walking around looking like a beast a thread beast that is. Happy New Year to the team.
