The language of the USPO is unique and needs some 2 way interpretation so the inventor's ideas are clearly expressed in the language of the USPO. The ideas expressed by the inventor should conform to the interpretation of the PO examiner. Keeping order and understanding between the 2 is the T. To P job. I hope my idea's as expressed are acceptable at the USPO.

I wish to say that I received superior and premium service for the filing of our reply to the USPTO agent who had sent an OFA request to us. Tim Bright and under his guidance, Henry Yuen prepared a response, and then prepared me on how to speak with the agent at our meeting... even going as far as to write out the entire possible questions and answers list and rehearsing them all with me ahead of time (co-ordinating everything from the date and time with her and with me), and even cutting off the call with her, as soon as she was satisfied, as I'd mentioned to them that I did not know if I could stop when I was on a roll with her... and then they prepared the complete response and had it back to me within 6 hours' time (while all the time waiting on me to respond, their responses were unfailingly timely and always adhered to their word or exceeded it), to which I only had to make minor changes, and submitted it working over time, late, odd hours, weekends, patiently, waiting on me, as a team, NEVER doing anything supercilious or illegal and never taking short cuts... all in all, not only thoroughly professional, but superior human beings with incredible ethical values and providing an incredible value for a truly superior service! Thank you Tim! You did a phenomenal job Tim Bright, and so did your team, under your guidance Sir, including Henry!

Although they are very nice (5 star for that), they are misleading the cost because they do not tell you that the "Consultation With A Patent Practitioner" will be $250/hr on the page where you start, and it is billed right away (1 star for that). You need $Billions, to hire them.
I presented my invention two a invention company seven years ago. They wanted lots of money to help move me forward. So nothing happened. I felt lost but didn't want to give up.
