I have nothing else to say but GREAT, GREAT, GREAT! Zebra saved me around 1900. 00 on a 6month policy. I will never go anywhere else but Zebra. The Rep was wonderful he made sure to get me the best and cheapest full coverage possible. I have no complaint what so ever. Keep up the good work yall AWESOME. A VERY BIG THANK YOU SO MUCH! After years of paying high premiums Chris took the time to explain to us exactly what I was paying for and worked with me to find something that was above the California legal requirements- but was nearly half of what I was paying annually!. He was even able to get us extended road side service and still saved us $2,000 a year!
The gentleman who helped me set up my insurence was nice and helpful. Explained everything to me and made sure I got the best rate. He helped me get a rate 100 dollars cheaper then what I was getting quoted by most companies. Would highly recommend.

After Progressive raised my rates to an unaffordable amount, The Zebra gave me a quote that was a third the price. When I called to complete my purchase, the rate was $30 less than the quoted price, and I am happy to say that they've got a customer for life. Thank you so much for saving me money and providing the same, if not BETTER, insurance than Progressive. The negative reviews are more than likely people who failed to do research or have poor driving records. I'm more than happy with the switch! Thank you!

Hey hey save me $80 a month.
After providing the zebra with my info, I got what seemed to be some realistic estimates. I suspected that the final quote from the insurance companies would be a few dollars different, but that's not what happened. Instead what I learnt from the two insurance companies were surprising.
First was Liberty Mutual - on the zebra their estimate was $104 and when I called I was quoted $204 per month. The only good thing with Liberty Mutual was that they said that after 60 or 90 days they remove my information from their system. Also I could contact them for a link to have my info action removed.
Them there was Geico. For whatever reason they were the only company for which I received a conformation code. When I called the rep was somewhat obnoxious and not very willing to help. He did not like that I was uncomfortable providing him with my info and when I asked for the estimate, he insisted that I had to give him all my info. He said something to the effect that they need my info so they can bill me accordingly, to which I said, I'm shopping around and just need an estimate. He seemed to be confused by my process when he said, "then why would you call us if you are not ready to purchase insurance?" He also told me that Geico provides the Zebra with fake estimates. Which made me disappointed because he was tiring to make me feel bad that I did not want to give him all my info (e.g. My house number and full name).
I think I was unlucky with this rep because I called both companies back and the second is around I got a better rep from Geico. Unfortunately Geico claimed they done keep your data but this rep was able to pull-up information about me from 2012.
All this to say that the Zebra seems to be providing estimates that are not even remotely close to what the insurance companies actually quote.
I was going to stick with the same car insurance company but I thought I'd take a look just to see. The whole process was really easy and I was surprised to find rates for cheaper than what I was getting. I ended up switching and saving $160 for the 6 month period!
I called Ian Tuesday night about a lower car insurance rate. My progressive rate was to go up $30 a month. He was patient with me getting my information together. Liberty mutual was almost $100 cheaper.
Got a quote then spoke to an agent so quickly! Very please with ease and effectiveness of this site!
After putting a little information into zebras website all I got was a redirect to different insurance co. Websites to fill out all the pertinent information to get an insurance quote, so what was the point of having thezebra.com website in the first place?
After filling out a few details I was given an estimate and a number to call based on my preferred selection of quotes. The first two selected company's quoted didn't pan out, but the 3rd one did, as they say 3rd time is a charm. I was connected with Ian Van Hoose my insurance, and he worked brilliantly at getting me the perfect policy to fit my needs. It was like talking to an old friend as he skilfully guided through the labyrinth insurance nuances to find the perfect policy, making it the easiest part of my car buying experience. Well done Zebra!
They have excellent service! The agent got me a really cheap rate, way better than the rates I have gotten before.
The Zebra made it easy to get me the lowest quote possible. My agent is always on call when I need her. I've had to make quite a few changes since I started my policy and My'Linda has been eager to help. Personally this has been my best experience car insurance.
They took time over the phone to get my policy correct. I didn't feel rushed or upsold at all. They truly were interested in getting me what I was looking for and making sure my coverage was what is required in my state.
Answer: The BBB does not consider them to be in accredited company they have received 11 complaints to the Better Business Bureau just in the last 12 months. Many complaints were involved in customer service was terrible cannot recommend them here and if zebra is then obviously they probably get paid every time someone signs up so they just do it and assured him that I got a good deal it's despicable

Answer: They are Completely Legit. This is the best and cheapest price I've ever had. Just make sure you verify that you are getting the coverage you want and/or need on your Vehicle.
