My agent Breonna was very nice an very helpful. She got me a great price on my car insurance. She answered questions I had even on her day off!
Altho they do say "compare several companies", I think there were more external links to other companies, than ones they used to compare quotes.
I went through the whole process of adding my vehicles to get the quotes. It only gave one quote for the vehicles I added and then wanted me to go other websites to get a quote from them. The one quote I received wasnt even from the liability limits I put in the system. Worthless website and now I am sure I am going to get multiple emails from them.
AFTER COMPLETING THE ONLINE FORM FOR 4 CARS AND 4 DRIVERS, ABOUT 15 MINUTES, NO QUOTES WERE OFFERED FOR ANY LEVEL OF COVERAGE. CALLED THEM AND THEY ACTED SURPRISED AND OFFERED TO TRANSFER ME TO A LICENSED AGENT. AFTER WAITING 5 MINUTES THEY SAID NO AGENTS WERE AVAILABLE AND OFFERED TO SEND ME TO THEIR "BACKUP" PROVIDER.
NO THANKS! VERY DISAPOINTING AND A WASTE OF TIME!

Im 50 years old I paid cash $1,100 for my car 2 years ago and was paying $117 a month for a car that was paid in cash that I only drove 2 miles back and forth to work everyday with the zebra it knocked me down $55 dollars! I went from paying 120 a month to $61 a month so excited no more paying High car insurance paying more than my car is worth! And at my age really!
