I love this gift idea. This is for my husband for us renewing our wedding vows. I wanted something outside of the box and this was exactly it. He wasn't expecting it at all!
Unfortunately our framed poster came with scratches on the glass, marks on the poster itself, and on the frame. For the hefty cost I would expect it to be free of marks and inconsistencies.
Update:
Customer service was quick to respond to my review and offer a replacement, which I appreciate. They asked that I update my review once receiving the replacement. They promised to do a better job with packaging, but there was no difference to how it was packaged. Unfortunately the replacement came with scratches and marks as well. Most of the scratches seem to be directly on the poster, so this is not a delivery issue, but instead a manufacturing issue. Very frustrating for an item that was not inexpensive by any means.
Great experience will definitely recommend this site and product to others who may be looking for a sweet gift.
Received it quick that was pleasing. But the poster is to big for the frame (Cheap frame) I now need to take it some where for it to fit better. Wish I had got hard board instead of frame. I am feeling a little disappointed.

Beautiful product. Poster paper is thick and smooth. Came in a picture tube and rolled out nicely it wasn't rolled too tight and laid out flat after being rolled the opposite way. I just wish they had different size options.

Exactly what I ordered and quick! Had a small tear at the top and it was hard to unpackage out of the tapar, but would get again.
