Though the initial delivery did not come through, Naomi from support was very helpful with the lost delivery and she even arranged a replacement at no cost to me. The star poster itself was great when it arrived and my friends were incredibly happy when they received it as a gift.

The ordering process was easy. I made a mistake on the customization, I contacted customer service and they were able to help me fix it. Shipping was extremely fast and the poster is perfect! I can't wait to hang it up!
The quality of the frame is poor. The poster inside doesn't fit well in the frame. The star picture has no depth as it's all black and white which doesn't allow distinction between the stars and constellations. My wife was very disappointed and we will not be displaying it due to the poor quality. It showed up before christmas which is great, but for the price, this was my sentimental gift and my wife didn't like the quality.
