Hochwertiges Produkt zu einem tollen Preis. Schneller Versand. Lieben Sie das Aussehen und die Haptik.
I have been a customer of TRR for 6-7 years. Usually when I purchased a "very good" state product, I was certain that the product was indeed in very good state, not new but almost (small/minor defects). Recently, I have bought some items with the same state (very good or no visible signs of wear) yet they were definitely NOT. The lates one was a pair of runners for my wife. After the second time she wore them she realized that the sole of the shoes were rotten! I made my complaint and the customer service told me they would offer me 25$ discount (!?!). It's not the first time so my goodwill for purchasing TRR products has now deteriorated. Worse, I replied the customer agent by email yet he never returned back to me. He simply applied a sale discount… which I have decided not to use and considering to stop purchasing in your website.
Purchased 2 pairs of shoes- came separately- 2nd didn't fit. Emailed 2nd day. Did not know if I had a real person because they didn't appear to be very bright. Had extremely difficult time explaining my email address and that it had changed several yrs ago but I had things sent after. He wanted me to open a new email account.
This started December 1. After numerous emails to Robert, I started emailing someone else-had to start over so called Newport Beach store- great! She will send return label- after 3 days- called manager- no notes about it- no offer to help me- she hung up on me. No phone number for store sent from or corporate- after at least 15 attempts- my bank has disputed the charge and I will donate the never worn Malano Balanko shoes that are too small for me to Assistance League. It is January 8,2022. I couldn't drive them to Newport, I was bedridden for 6 weeks. As a former manager for Nordstrom- they would all be fired!
I had great experience and she was really helpful.
I had an impossible time getting clear answers about my returns. I am positive that I was not fully refunded for my return as I should have been even though I did nothing wrong and repeatedly asked for clarification about what was needed for my return.
Please give me my money back!
I tried to buy my first pair of shoes online for a week and every time I tried to complete the purchase, the site said my card was declined, yet no transactions were actually sent to any of my cards. Spent an hour on the phone customer service, finally got the transaction to go through only to have them charge my card 4 TIMES, all for the wrong amount! They charged $1,108.80 to my card when the transaction was for $207.95. After calling to get this corrected, I'm being told I have to wait 48 hours for someone to EMAIL me back. Horrible customer service, I will never use this site again and advise others to save yourself frustration and your money.
I was a consignor. They sell your items without price approval (even when asked to do so before listing). I was sold two counterfeit items and I have yet to be reimbursed for them. It's been nine months and nothing.
It's been 2 months that I send email to receive my order and still waiting for them to fix the issu
VERY BAD SERVICE
Have purchased and sold many, many items since their inception. Of course, the company greatly declined after the sale and with the latest submission of consigned items, I will NEVER consign with them again. I took items to a store in early November so they could be reviewed, but they were shipped somewhere else. I made everyone aware I had to have any rejected items by a certain date because there will not be anyone at my home for 2 months to sign for the items. I have spoken with three people at TRR since mid-November. The deadline expires in 4 days and I have yet to receive the rejected items.
I have called about this problem several times and it never gets fixed this item has been there since September and it's still not listed properly.
Best experience in a pleasure to be able to make purchase from the site love the item I am a returning customer
Don't get got. They lie through their pearly whites from the start to the finish. Please don't entrust these thieves with your goods or your money.
I bought three pieces and they were so worn out. Fabric was so worn the pieces were loose to fit. So I immediately returned them just to get half of my money back. I never wanted to Reconsign them. I just wanted to return them and get a refund. I don't understand this terrible business model. Never using this site again. Awful
On Dec 22nd Customer Service rep Mark Joseph Gimpisao responded to my email and said: "we need to endorse you over to the right department for further assistance", however, I haven't received any feedback (have checked spam folders to be sure).
I love the idea of reducing the negative environmental impacts of fashion and the chance to get a bargain by buying secondhand designer goods. However, the execution of this concept by The RealReal often misses the mark. Descriptions are lacking or (worse) wildly incorrect, e.g. a The North Face zip-front fleece isn't a "faux fur evening jacket" worth $250 used and the beautiful Oscar de la Renta "dress" I ordered was actually a very long sweater that was open all the way up one side to the waist where there was an obvious under layer (definitely not a dress). I think they need to train their people better or employ someone with fashion knowledge to do some QA/QC on the descriptions. Orders do ship quickly, and they definitely get credit for that. Customers need to read carefully, pay very close attention to the images, and know their size.
I shop at the Real/Real all the time. However, I must acknowledge and recognize how much I respect and appreciate their honesty, transparency and timely processing of refunds, should one take place. They also have a great customer service team who responds to any telephonic inquires. Thank you all!
Super nice customer service, great prices, excellent quality,.
I received a partial shipment the day before eligible for return. Tried explaining to customer service and they ignored insisting on giving me a site credit versus a refund. I've been a customer and fan for years. Now I warn my friends to beware.
Answer: Do not buy from them! Their return/refund policy is skewed to their benefit. In my case, I bought a Louis Vuitton bag and when it was received it was not in the condition advertised or the photos did not highlight the real wear of the bag and they refused to make a refund or credit. It's their lost because I have since bought many bags on Ebay which offers guarantee of refund should item be faulty or misrepresented. Also, on Ebay you can judge by seller feedback whether the seller is reputable and PRICES are so much less than on the REAL REAL. Their name should be changed to the REAL GREED!
Answer: Hi Samantha. The RealReal does sometimes ask for additional information from customers for a one time security check. Most times, this is for new customers who have never shopped with us before, orders with vastly different billing and shipping information, or are international customers with unverified credit cards. We will ask for some sensitive and personal information for the purposes of verifying the identity of the purchaser but we will not ask for a Social Security Number. Was your father attempting to complete his purchase via Affirm? Affirm is a third party company we work with that offers financing on purchases. If your father was attempting to complete a purchase via Affirm, they do require a SSN for a soft credit check for the loan approval and repayment options. As Affirm is a third party, we do not have access to any of that information so it is secure with Affirm. Of course, no one is required to use Affirm for check out, rather it's just another payment option we offer. Please feel free to reach out to us if this does not answer your questions or if you feel that the explanations provided were not applicable to your situation. You can reach out to our Customer Service Department at (855) 435 5893 from 8am to 5pm (PST). If you would like to speak to a supervisor directly, please feel free to ask for Caitlin from our NJ office. She is available from 9am to 6pm (EST) and of course you can reach us via email at: [email protected].
Answer: If you like to be frustrated, disappointed and want to take a few years off your life, then yes consign with the real real.
Answer: I do NOT recommend selling through TRR. Read all seller reviews. This a speed selling co trying to cash in on a quick commission. The prices they assign are RIDICULOULOUS at best. They are not there to get you a good price but a fast buck for themselves. They priced a brand new prada bag with a label on at $625. Minus 20% permanent discount, 60% of that, I receive a whopping $312. After 10 days wait of processing and seeing the prices assigned I pulled my items. I was shocked and even more upset. I rather give the cloths to charity or sell them myself. I think it is insiders who buy the best items at dirt cheap prices they assign themselves. As a buyer just today I receive a wrong item. They were going to research the problem and find the item I purchased, a coat. They sent me a dirty silk top... This is after waiting for 10 days to get the wrong item. This co is just very bad. Customer service is spotty. Some reps are just dreadful. They sound like this is a summer gig and they got no training, you can never speak to a supervisor, none is ever available, Read the reviews and decide if you still want to use this co. If you do, you will be disappointed,
Answer: Hello, We are sorry to hear of your concerns. If you can please send us your order number or email address we will happily research this further.
Answer: Hi Frank, Thank you for reaching out. We apologize you have seen more negative than positive reviews. We would be pleased to advise you on our consignment process and share a little more insight about the RealReal.
Answer: I don't work for The Real Real I am just a satisfied customer, very satisfied! I see all the complaints, and just shake my head. Knowing how people can be, and also knowing the complainers are the ones who write letters, I can only assume they are "out of touch with reality", or POSSIBLY are competitors who are just being difficult to try and hurt the site. Remember, anyone can write anything, that does not mean it is true, nor are ALL the facts being presented! As for me, I am willing to show, and prove who I am, and the great products and service I received.
Answer: This happened to me only one time, and I have sold quite a few items with them. As soon as I received the quote for a pair of earrings. I contacted them immediately and said I felt the price was to low due to various reasons, and they got back to me the next day with an adjusted price. I have never experienced what you are describing above as a bait and switch scenario, and I always check the similar or same items they are selling. I would just call them and ask for the details as to why the other item is higher. Sorry you had a bad experience!
Answer: File a complaint with the US Customs office in your area and your state's attorney general. Also for many types of goods, they will destroy the counterfeit goods and give you a letter stating they have done so. This is ironclad proof for the bank dispute.
Answer: I have returned things with no hassle at all.
