The rugs are nice, and I like that we can get the exact size we need. Would like more selections in rug styles and patterns. Customer service did not follow my requests in terms of shipping all my orders together, but they all arrived in Alaska within 5-6 weeks of ordering.

I wanted two small rugs to put in front of the sofas. I got the size I wanted and the material looks to be of good quality and manufacture. I would buy from these guys again.

Great Service. Website is very easy to use and find what you want. Design it, size it and presto, a few weeks later, it arrives. Perfect Rug!

Received as requested sample. Quality good but seems a littler pricey based on comparisons. I appreciate the great service and the samples.

UPDATE: RUG IS FANTASTIC! Mermaid sisal. Phyllis and her team took great care since we wanted the design going a particular way and they made sure it was exactly right. Softer on bare feet than we expected which is super!

Ordering online was so easy and there are so many colors and styles to choose from.

The colors were not even close to what was on the website... I was looking for gray, they are all brown. Given the price I paid and the time I waited for the samples and how inaccurate the photos on the website are, I am not interested in trying any other samples.

I did receive the samples I requested and thought they were very nice. Theperfectrug.com is a website that is easy to navigate and offers many different samples to choose from. The delivery included different backings and border samples as well. Thank you.
