Great website and company so far
I typed in the wrong size, and got an astronomical price. Luckily, I called and spoke with "Phyllis", who walked me through the on line ordering process. Can't wait to get my rug! (which I plan to use as a table covering under glass!) :)

I customized a rug on the website and in order to get to a price it takes you along the purchase path. I created a rug but thought it was a expensive and wanted to think about it.
Next day I went back to the site and saw that I could order a sample. So I created my sample and ordered it.
Unbeknownst to me, the site ordered the rug I had designed the day before. I didn't get any emails confirming this purchase and didn't realize that I was charged for the purchase and shipping until the rug showed up at my house.
The owner has been unresponsive and I am out $800!
Shopper beware! And I recommend setting up text notifications on purchases from your credit card to protect yourself from sketchy businesses like this one.
I needed a specific size and color to coordinate with existing carpet so I found this website and liked the options. The ease of ordering was excellent.

Nice sisal, it has the look desired - - - sisal, a natural fiber, is not supposed to look "perfect" - - - a bit rough around the edges but the feel is wonderful, as is texture and appearance.
Easy website to use. The seagrasses look very much alike. The cost is just too high for some of my clients.

Took a little longer than expected to receive the rugs as it took about 4 weeks from the time we ordered the rug to delivery. Other than that the quality of the rugs were great and would order rugs from perfect rugs again.

Finally we confirmed our system sent an order acknowledgement email to the email address entered into your account. We would have been able to cancel this order if you would contacted us prior to producing the rug and shipping.
