It's an odd size rug, so I appreciate being able to have it made for me. I have a large, heavy sculpture with 2 eagles. The base has a black, sharp edge, and I'm afraid it will gouge my wood floor. So, I had this (mostly black) rug made to put under it to protect the floor. It's working out perfectly. Thanks!

After not receiving rug we initially purchased, this rug arrived with a horrible smell that lingered for months. The material is awful and cannot be cleaned - even carpet cleaning companies will not touch it. Customer Service is of zero help. Find your custom rug elsewhere!

The Custom Rug wizard was a little difficult to use. The "next step" button changed text and was not emphasized on page enough to be "the obvious" thing to click on.

We purchased rug for our kitchen that was a tripping hazard so it is now rolled up in the box and sitting in my garage. We don't even want to give it to someone for free because of our concerns. We have many seagrass rugs(from other companies) and this is by far the worst.

Found the site a bit challenging to navigate as I am not very tech savvy.

The pkging looked somewhat damaged on receipt but after calling customer service for advice, I opened it to ck for any actual damage. None was found. The pkg had been left on our pirch while were out of the house so there was no opportunity to ck it out with delivery person still present.
