I like your website. I have ordered some rugs from you before even though they are pricey.

I was very satisfied with the shopping experience with Perfect Rug. Customer service was excellent and the quality and color of the carpet were as specified. I would highly recommend Perfect Rug.

Samples arrived quickly. I liked the pattern on the rug, but the serged edge had fine frayed fibers in areas, as if it had been rubbed along a rough surface.

Delivery of carpet was not good.

I have been trying to find the right colored rug for my kitchen. I have ordered samples twice and they have been promptly delivered. I haven't found the right color yet but plan on requesting additional samples. I have been very pleased with my experience with Perfect Rugs.
